The chat option is also available on the product detail page of the products of the seller. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Buyers can now easily ask questions to sellers about any product and get answers quickly, directly from sellers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Features of Prestashop Marketplace Seller Buyer Chat module<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>A buyer can initiate a chat&nbsp;with any seller, whether the seller is online or offline on the product page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A buyer does not need to login to initiate a chat with the seller. <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The buyer can start the chat just using his email id.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The seller can respond to&nbsp;many buyers simultaneously.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>If the seller is offline,&nbsp;then the buyer can send the message and all the messages can be seen the next time when a seller is online.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The chat option available on the product detail page shows if the seller is online or not.
