After that, he needs to configure the SMS notification module with his credentials.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Admin will pay any subscription fees applicable with the SMS service provider.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note: Prestashop SMS Notification module is compatible with Prestashop multi-store feature.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><h3 class=\"index-title\">Features of the Prestashop SMS Notification module<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"margin-bottom-50\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Admin selects whether to send the SMS notification on the billing address number or the delivery address number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An admin can add a prefix to the customer mobile number.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin also has an option to enable\/disable order confirmation SMS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin can customise the order confirmation message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An admin can enable\/disable order status update SMS.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin can customise the order status message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin also has the option to select order status for which SMS notifications would be sent.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An admin can enable\/disable order tracking number SMS notification.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin can customise the order tracking message.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin also has the option to add all the SMS notification messages in different languages.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buyers will be notified as&nbsp;the order gets placed and when&nbsp;admin updates the status.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The buyer will receive a notification if the order gets cancelled.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The buyer will receive notification about the order dispatch.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Buyers will be notified about the shipment module<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"margin-bottom-50\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Firstly, Go to the Module Manager in Back office and click on \u2018upload a module\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After that, Drag and drop the module file or select the file from the system.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>In this way, the module installation will be successful.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure successful installation of the module, admin can configure the module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the configuration setting of this module, there are following three parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SMS settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Template settings<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>API settings<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In order to use the module, admin will need to configure all these settings before.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>SMS settings<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Here admin can choose on which number to send the SMS notifications to buyers i.e. delivery address number or billing address number.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"457\" mobile number:<\/strong>&nbsp;Prefix is really important to have. If the mobile number is missing a prefix, the module will detect the country and add the appropriate prefix.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In case the country prefix is also missing, then the prefix that admin has set in \u201cprefix\u201d field is taken\/considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Besides, admin can also add prefix on buyer&#8217;s number as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Template Settings <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In addition to above, there is whole another part of setting for SMS on various events.
