This contradicts the instructions provided in the app and resulting in the column mismatch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mismatch of the number of attributes with the number of columns will throw errors while validating the CSV file. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Solution<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>The number of attributes must match with the number of columns in the CSV file. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>The most suitable option is to:-<br>download<\/strong> the sample CSV file from the app.<br><strong>edit<\/strong> the file as per the requirement.<br><strong>validate<\/strong> the updated CSV file.<br><strong>upload<\/strong> the same in the app. <br><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><h3 class=\"index-title\">Mistake 5: Unrecognizable Character<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"margin-bottom-50\">\n<p>Sometimes, sellers get an error as &#8220;Validation Failed&#8221; while uploading product CSV file. This may happen due to unrecognizable characters used in the CSV file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Solution<\/strong>: Make sure that the characters used in the CSV file must contain a defined value.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><h3 class=\"index-title\">Mistake 6: Additional Columns<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"margin-bottom-50\">\n<p>Adding additional columns in the product CSV results in the column mismatch issue. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is the reason we suggest you download the sample CSV &amp; Collection!<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"margin-bottom-50\">\n<p>In some cases, you may find a CSV error showing a message something like &#8220;<strong>Product Type is restricted<\/strong>&#8220;. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This error arises if the admin restricts the product type in the app &amp; the sellers are adding types other than those restricted types in the product CSV file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sometimes, the merchant wants to add a specific tag to their brand. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case, they can restrict product tags in the app so that sellers will be able to add only those restricted tags to the products. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Also, the merchant can restrict product type &amp; collection in the app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Restrict Product Tags<\/strong>,&nbsp;<strong>Product Types&nbsp;<\/strong>&amp;<strong>&nbsp;Collections<\/strong>:<br>Enabling these options will restrict product tags, types &amp;
