INTRODUCTION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Whether the agenda is marketing, updates, or alerts, SMS notifications work like a charm. With mobile phones becoming an indispensable part of everyday life, SMS provides you with the perfect tool to reach your customers, clients, vendors, etc. Integrate Netelip With Odoo with Odoo Netelip SMS Gateway module<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Integrating Odoo with Netelip SMS gateway allows you to reach the people connected to your business at any time. The Odoo user can send the SMS to entire groups, selected individuals, or a single recipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Odoo user can also view the status of every sent SMS in the Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FEATURES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Here is the concise list of the features. Visit the Store Page<\/a><\/strong> to know the detailed features of Odoo Netelip SMS Gateway<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

  1. The module integrates Netelip SMS with Odoo<\/li>
  2. A single group or multiple groups can be selected to send the SMS in Odoo.<\/li>
  3. Enable\/disable SMS Feature on User Basis<\/li>
  4. Create and Save SMS templates to use later while sending the SMS.<\/li>
  5. Set SMS Templates For Global or on Conditions-based Use<\/li>
  6. Conditions Based SMS Templates such as; order confirmed, invoice validated, order placed, etc<\/li>
  7. Assign conditions to automatically send SMS to customers from Odoo<\/li>
  8. The User can view the details of each sent SMS by opening the record<\/li>
  9. The delivery status of the sent Odoo SMS is available in Odoo.<\/li>
  10. Enable\/Disable checkboxes to Auto Delete the records<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    The module is dependent upon its base module- Odoo SMS Notification<\/a>, which needs to be installed first for Odoo Netelip SMS Notification to work properly.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- \u2018netelip_gateway<\/strong><\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li>
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li>
    5. Then, open on Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018netelip_gateway<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Install\u2019<\/strong> to install it.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      INTEGRATING THE NETELIP SMS GATEWAY WITH ODOO<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      1) Login to your Odoo Database and go to the settings<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2) Notice the enabled checkbox for the installed SMS Gateway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3) Enable the checkbox if you are managing country calling code with customer\u2019s mobile number<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4) Click on The SMS Gateway Configuration then click on the create button and follow the below-mentioned steps:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      a) Add the Description, set the priority of the gateway, enable the \u2018Debugging\u2019<\/strong>checkbox to write error message of SMS Gateway to the log file, add mobile number with country code to receive test SMS, and select the SMS Gateway. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      b) Add Netelip Username, Netelip Password, and Netelip API key<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      c) Save the changes<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Enable\/disable SMS Feature on User Basis<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n
      1. Enable the developer mode<\/li>
      2. Go to the Users from the settings<\/li>
      3. Scroll down to \u2018Technical<\/strong>\u2019 settings and Enable\/Disable SMS Feature<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Create an SMS template:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        1) Go to SMS Module then navigate to the template tab and click on create button<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2) Add the template name, enable the global checkbox to consider with a normal template, or send the SMS in bulk, if not enabled then select the conditions, enable\/disable auto-delete and add the customized text for the template.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Send SMS to Recipients Via Odoo<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        1) Go to the SMS Module and fill in the following details to send the SMS:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        a) Select the recipients<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Bulk Message to the Group<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

        Select Multiple Members as Recipients<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n\n\n

        b) Select the SMS Gateway<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        c) Enable the Auto-Delete<\/strong> checkbox to save the space<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        d) Select the Template<\/strong> and write a personalized message<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        e) Click on the Send Now Button to send the SMS<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        2) Go to the History<\/strong> tab to see Sent SMS and Delivery Report<\/p>\n\n\n\n
