Also, orders for guns or heavy machinery require docs like licenses, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Therefore, using this module, the customer can upload these necessary and important attachments like the prescription, license, images to their orders conveniently.<\/p>\n<p>The customers can upload the attachments during the checkout process. This will navigate the admin to the module configuration<strong>\u00a0<\/strong>page as per the below image.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-435432 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/opencart-order-attachment.webp\" alt=\"Order attachment\" width=\"1116\" height=\"810\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/p>\n<p>Here, the admin will:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Status<\/strong> &#8211; Enable or disable the module as per the choice.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Accept Order Status<\/strong> &#8211; Define the order status when the order with attachments gets approved or accepted by the admin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Denied Order Status<\/strong> &#8211;\u00a0Define the order status when the order with attachments gets rejected or denied by the admin.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Max No. of upload image<\/strong> &#8211; The admin can set the max number of image upload at customer end.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Allow attachment<\/strong> &#8211; If customer selects yes then order attachment will be enable for all\u00a0 products\u00a0 in the store and if no then disabled for all products in the store.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Max. Size of Order Attachment- <\/strong>admin can specify the max size of order attachment to be upload.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Allow mime type<\/strong>&#8211;\u00a0 Define the file format, customer can only upload the specified format file.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>And, lastly will hit the\u00a0<strong>Save Config\u00a0<\/strong>button to save the module configuration\u00a0successfully.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel panel-primary\">\n<div class=\"panel-heading\">\n<div>\n<h3 class=\"panel-title\"><strong>Enable Order Attachments Feature<\/strong><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<div>\n<p>The admin will enable the order attachment feature for the products individually.
