policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>General Settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Global Configuration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Under &#8220;Global Configuration&#8221;, the store admin has to select the order status for RMA, CMS page for terms &amp; conditions, RMA policy which will apply on product return, and default RMA They can also add return reasons which will be displayed to the customer while raising RMA request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/Statuses-%E2%80%A2-webkul.png\" alt=\"Statuses-\u2022-webkul\" class=\"wp-image-365036\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After clicking on the &#8220;Add new RMA status button&#8221; the admin can add new RMA status. option gets available for admin when it changes the Status of RMA to this status(pickup).<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Seller End<\/strong> <strong>View<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suppose a customer has raised an RMA request.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1719654791.png\" alt=\"manage rma\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When the admin changes the RMA status from &#8216;Processing in progress&#8217;
