Choose the one you feel is best for you and hit on the ‘Get Started’ button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lastly, approve the app charges and you are done.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About A to Z Multistore Sync App for Shopify \/ Webkul ONDC Connector<\/strong> (with ‘view features’ and ‘take a tour’ options), App Configuration and Support section(schedule booking and create a ticket).<\/p>\n\n\n\nOn the top right of the page, you will have a ‘Need Help?’ menu which will redirect you to a page containing FAQs about this application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Let’s go through these sections one by one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Recent Orders<\/strong>: <\/h2>\n\n\n\nThis will display the information regarding the new orders, you can click on ‘view details’ to see the complete order detail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

STORES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
This page will show a table of all the integrated stores with Name, URL, Credential, Credential Status, Active Status, Date and Action columns. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can edit the added store’s information from the Edit menu (Action column). On the top right, you will have the ‘Add Store’ menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can search for any store from the search bar using a name or URL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n![\"a7-1\"](\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/01\/a7-1-1200x520.png\")
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nYou can change the status of a store by clicking the icon under the Active Status column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, if you have enabled the \u2018multistore product auto-update option from the configuration section<\/p>\n\n\n\n
but still you don\u2019t want the products\/inventory of this particular store to auto-update then leave the Auto-update option unmarked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lastly, click on \u2018Save\u2019 to lock the changes or \u2018Cancel\u2019 to discard the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Clicking on Filter by option will show you a drop-down list of all the integrated stores. Select the one you want to see the result of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Next, you have the option to Import Products, clicking on this menu will give you a drop-down list of all integrated stores, select the one from which you want to import products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lastly, you have an option for downloading CSV files (on the basis of All Mapping, Selected Only, Current Page Only, Current Search). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This CSV will be sent to the email ID linked with this Shopify store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Coming to the table; you have Product title, store name to which the product belongs, the store with which the product is mapped, the number of variants of that product and the Action menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Map Products:<\/h3><\/div>\nThis will let you map that product with other stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the first store area, you can select the store from which you want to map that product (by default its value is the store to which the product belongs),<\/p>\n\n\n\n
and next you need to select the variant of that product. In the second store area, select the store name to which you want to map this product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Enter the product name of this store which you want this product to map with. Select the variant and click on the ‘add combination’ button. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Copy to Stores:<\/h3><\/div>\nUsing this option, you can copy a product from one store to another. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The admin only needs to update a product on one store and further, with this feature he can easily copy the products on multiple stores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This option allows admin to copy each and every detail of the product from one store to multiple stores at a time. Click the checkbox of the other stores as well if you want to reflect on the changes you are making on that store too.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
How to import products?<\/h3><\/div>\nClick on the ‘Import Products’ option on the top of the Product page (as shown before), select the Store from which you want to import the products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now we have two cases here,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
\n- If you choose ‘Primary Store’, such a page will appear:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n

Going to the app from the App section will redirect you to the A to Z Multistore Sync App for Shopify \/ Webkul ONDC Connector<\/strong> Dashboard.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Dashboard has 8 sections i.e., Recent Orders, Stats, All stores, Graphical representation of stores added, store mapping,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
About A to Z Multistore Sync App for Shopify \/ Webkul ONDC Connector<\/strong> (with ‘view features’ and ‘take a tour’ options), App Configuration and Support section(schedule booking and create a ticket).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
On the top right of the page, you will have a ‘Need Help?’ menu which will redirect you to a page containing FAQs about this application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Let’s go through these sections one by one.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Recent Orders<\/strong>: <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
This will display the information regarding the new orders, you can click on ‘view details’ to see the complete order detail. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can also navigate to view all orders section by clicking on the option available at the bottom of this section. Refer to the image below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nStats:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
This section displays the statistical representation of Orders & Revenues on a Monthly or Yearly basis. You can filter it on the basis of individual month and year as well. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nAll Stores: <\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
This has a list of all integrate Shopify stores with product data i.e., the total number of products, mapped products, and unmapped products. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Here you will have two options that will navigate you to the ‘Add store’ page and ‘Map Products’ page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Next, to the ‘All stores’ section, you will have this graphical representation showing all the stores integrated with the mapped\/unmapped\/total product information. Refer to the image below: <\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nStore Mapping: <\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n
It will show the mapping between integrated stores i.e., how many products are mapped\/unmapped between two stores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nAbout A to Z Multistore Sync App for Shopify \/ Webkul ONDC Connector: <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
This will give you a brief about the Multistore Sync app with two options i.e., View App Features and Take a Tour. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will have an option that will navigate you to the app configuration section where you can manage product, inventory and currency settings (will be discussed further in this blog). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

This will give you two options, first is to schedule a booking for one to one live support from our best executive and the other one is to create a ticke<\/a>t in case of any query. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nThis is all about the Dashboard. Let’s move to the Configuration Section.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
CONFIGURATION<\/h2>\n\n\n\n
The Configuration section is divided into five parts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Multistore Product Auto-Update: <\/strong>If you enable this option, it will further ask you to select product properties that you want to get auto-updated on all integrated stores whenever any changes are made on these properties of Primary store’s products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
- \n
- Manage Inventory on Order: <\/strong>Enabling this option will let you manage\/auto-update inventories of mapped stores’ product when an order is created on any one of them.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
- \n
- Auto Import Products: <\/strong>This option will let you automatically import newly added products at Shopify. You’ll not need to import newly added products to this app manually.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
- Currency Exchange Rates: <\/strong>Here you need to provide the latest currency exchange rates. This information will be used while auto-updating the prices of the products from different stores with a different currency.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\n- \n
- Business Email: <\/strong>If you wish to receive app-related communication on a different email Id other than provided Shopify business email ID then mention it here. Though this is optional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Click on ‘Save’ after configuring all the parts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
STORES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n
This page will show a table of all the integrated stores with Name, URL, Credential, Credential Status, Active Status, Date and Action columns. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can edit the added store’s information from the Edit menu (Action column). On the top right, you will have the ‘Add Store’ menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can search for any store from the search bar using a name or URL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nYou can change the status of a store by clicking the icon under the Active Status column.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When you click on the show option under the Credential column, it will open a pop-up showing the access token of that particular store:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nTo add stores:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
To add the channels you need to go to the channel section and then click on the add channels tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nOnce you click on the add channel tab then a new page will open here the user needs to enter the store URL and click on the general installation URL.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nAfter clicking on the general installation URL button a new page <\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nThen clicking on the continue setup, your secondary store will open, and need to install the app<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nAfter installing, there will be a button on your secondary store to click here to redirect you to the primary store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nIf you clicked on the click here button you will land on your primary store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nTo edit already added stores:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n
Click on the Edit button under the Action menu of the store which you want to edit. This action will take you to this page:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nHere, you can update the store name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Next, if you have enabled the \u2018multistore product auto-update option from the configuration section<\/p>\n\n\n\n
but still you don\u2019t want the products\/inventory of this particular store to auto-update then leave the Auto-update option unmarked.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lastly, click on \u2018Save\u2019 to lock the changes or \u2018Cancel\u2019 to discard the changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is all about stores. Now let\u2019s see what the Product section has.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nPRODUCTS<\/h3><\/div>
\nWhen you visit the Product section, this is the page you will be redirected to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nOn this page, you have an option to filter your result on the basis of the stores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Clicking on Filter by option will show you a drop-down list of all the integrated stores. Select the one you want to see the result of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Next, you have the option to Import Products, clicking on this menu will give you a drop-down list of all integrated stores, select the one from which you want to import products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lastly, you have an option for downloading CSV files (on the basis of All Mapping, Selected Only, Current Page Only, Current Search). <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This CSV will be sent to the email ID linked with this Shopify store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Coming to the table; you have Product title, store name to which the product belongs, the store with which the product is mapped, the number of variants of that product and the Action menu.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When you click on the Store, it will give you a pop-up with the name of the store it is mapped to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nClicking on the three dots under the Action menu will further give you three options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nLet’s see all one at a time:<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
Map Products:<\/h3><\/div>
\nThis will let you map that product with other stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the first store area, you can select the store from which you want to map that product (by default its value is the store to which the product belongs),<\/p>\n\n\n\n
and next you need to select the variant of that product. In the second store area, select the store name to which you want to map this product.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Enter the product name of this store which you want this product to map with. Select the variant and click on the ‘add combination’ button. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
You can even click on ‘add store’ to perform mapping on more than one product of different stores.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\nManage Product Variants:<\/h3><\/div>
\nHere, you can manage, edit, and delete that product’s variant.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nHere, you can edit\/delete the variants individually as well all together. On the same page, you have an option to edit products info&manage the store (will redirect you to the pages as shown above).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Clicking on the Edit, will display this pop-up:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nHere, you can edit the Price and Inventories of the mapped Stores and then click on Update Changes.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
Copy to Stores:<\/h3><\/div>
\nUsing this option, you can copy a product from one store to another. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The admin only needs to update a product on one store and further, with this feature he can easily copy the products on multiple stores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
This option allows admin to copy each and every detail of the product from one store to multiple stores at a time. Admin can even map the unmapped products in a single session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nNote: Selected products will be fully mapped (each variant) with the newly created product at the above-chosen stores. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mapping will be ignored for the chosen channel if a mapping already exists with this product.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
Edit Product Info:<\/h3><\/div>
\nIt will display a pop-up like this:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nHere, you can change the Product name as well as Product Description and then click on Update Changes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Click the checkbox of the other stores as well if you want to reflect on the changes you are making on that store too.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
How to import products?<\/h3><\/div>
\nClick on the ‘Import Products’ option on the top of the Product page (as shown before), select the Store from which you want to import the products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now we have two cases here,<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- If you choose ‘Primary Store’, such a page will appear:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Here, you can still switch the store from which you want to import and next, you will have an option to pick the primary store products that you want to import.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Clicking on this option will display a pop-up, mark the products of your choice and then click on ‘Add’.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

- Now if you choose any store other than Primary store, this is the page you will be redirected to:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
Here, you have a similar option to switch the store. The difference is that here you need to import products by selecting a date range.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Lastly, click on Import.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is all about the Product section, moving ahead.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
ORDERS:<\/h3><\/div>
\nThis is the Order section:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nHere, you can filter results using the search bar on the top right. Coming to the table which has six columns i.e., OrderID, Financial Status, Fulfillment Status, store, Order Date, and Action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Click on the ‘Detail’ option under the Action column to have detailed information about the particular order, as shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
<\/figure>\n\n\n\nThe ‘View Order’ menu on the top right will take you to the online store of the store on which this order is placed.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
