After downloading the CS-Cart Seller Vacations <\/strong>add-on, you\u2019ll get one zip file, one install.txt file, and a relevant User Guide manual doc.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Read it carefully for proper configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Go to Manage Add-ons, and click on \u201cManual Installation\u201d<\/strong> as shown below in the snapshot.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

Days before the seller apply for vacations<\/strong>: This is the number of days before a seller must apply for vacations.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Email Address<\/strong>: Enter the email id to which a seller can send a request for vacations. By default, an email will be sent to the admin if the vendor applies for vacations.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
Reminder Mail Settings:<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

Allow seller to send reminder mail<\/strong>: By checking this box, an admin allows a seller to remind about the vacation request if an admin doesn\u2019t approve it. Otherwise, a seller will not able to send a reminder to an admin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Number of Reminders<\/strong>: This is the number of times a seller can send reminders to an admin about the vacation request.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
Days gap between requests<\/strong>: This is the number of days gap in between the seller\u2019s vacation requests.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n
2. Theme Settings:<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n
In this section, an admin can set the \u201cText Color\u201d, \u201cBackground Color\u201d and \u201cBorder Color\u201d of Vacation Box which will be displayed at the storefront.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

How A Seller Request For Vacations By Admin<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n
When a seller is not available to fulfill the orders from his store for a certain time period. He can set his store on vacation mode, for this, he needs to apply for vacation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
A seller can apply for vacation by login to his backend panel. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once a seller logs in, the \u201cSeller vacations\u201d tab will be displayed in the \u201cVendor\u201d section and a seller can apply for a vacation here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
When a buyer purchases a seller\u2019s product who is on vacation then he is not able to add the seller\u2019s product to the cart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As that seller is on vacation and not allowed to add a product to cart during vacation mode.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
The admin needs to add the following details to add the vacation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dates<\/strong>: Start date and end date of the vacation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Allow add to wishlist<\/strong>: <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
If the permission is on then the user can add the product into the wishlist while the seller is on vacation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Display Vacation Date<\/strong>: if the permission is allowed then users will see a popup bar with seller vacation dates. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Message for store<\/strong>: Enter the vacation message for the customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Reason for Vacation for admin<\/strong>: Admin can enter a reason for the vacation. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once a seller requests vacations, an admin can view the list of all seller vacations from his backend panel. An admin can approve the seller\u2019s vacation from here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
When a seller\u2019s vacation is not approved by an admin then a seller is able to send a reminder to an admin through his vacations list. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Once a seller sends a reminder to an admin, a mail will be sent to the admin\u2019s email id.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
An option is provided to search the requests through the company name, the status of the requests, start date, and end date as shown in the below snapshots-<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
The seller can also add vacation from their end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/figure>\n\n\n\n
