It is the sales representative who will be responsible for meeting sales targets and also for marketing the products.<\/p>\n<p>It becomes easy for the customers as they will not have to make efforts to get in touch with the admin of a store. They can simply contact the sales rep for a product or quote-related queries.<\/p>\n<p>Through Magento 2 Sales Rep extension, the admin can create Sales Representatives and assign them to products or categories.<\/p>\n<p>Afterwards, the customers may request a quote for a product(s). The sales rep assigned for that product shall take care or manage the quote request.<\/p>\n<p>It is the right customers that the sales rep must look for so as to generate sales. In conclusion, it will turn real revenue for the store.<\/p>\n<p>In other words, in this way, the sales rep builds the customers&#8217; trust and create happy customers.<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<ul>\n<li>This module is dependent on our <a href=\"https:\/\/store.webkul.com\/Magento2-Pricelist.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Magento 2 Pricelist<\/a> module. After editing the CSV, save it.<\/p>\n<p>Then upload it to the path <strong>src\/app\/code\/Webkul\/Salesrep\/i18n<\/strong>\u00a0where the Magento2 is installed on the server. The module gets translated into the Arabic Language. Thereafter, if chosen <strong>No<\/strong> then no discount will be applicable.\u00a0<\/p>\n<h4><strong>Dedicated Salesrep:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>The <strong>Dedicated Salesrep<\/strong>\u00a0tab includes the &#8220;Assign Manually&#8221; tab and the &#8220;Assign As&#8221; tab as shown in the image below.<\/p>\n<p>The admin may choose the options as <strong>Yes and No<\/strong> against the &#8220;Assign Manually&#8221; tab.<\/p>\n<p>If chosen as\u00a0<strong>Yes <\/strong>against the <strong>Assign Manually<\/strong> tab<strong>, <\/strong>the &#8220;Assign As&#8221; tab is <strong>not<\/strong> visible and the admin will have to manually assign the Sales Representatives manually for each quote request.<\/p>\n<p>Thereafter, If chosen as <strong>No\u00a0<\/strong>against the<strong> Assign Manually <\/strong>tab, the &#8220;Assign As&#8221; tab <strong>shall be<\/strong> visible, against which the admin can select any of the three given options-<\/p>\n<p>&#8220;Default Product Sales Rep, Default Category Sales Rep, or First contacted sales Rep.&#8221;<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Product Sales Rep:<\/strong> Sales Representative assigned to the Products.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Category Sales Rep:<\/strong> Sales Representative Assigned to the Category.<\/li>\n<li><strong>First Contacted Sales Rep:<\/strong> The Sales Representative which was initially contacted.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>Default Salesrep:<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Under the <strong>Default Salesrep<\/strong> tab, the &#8220;Category Sales Rep&#8221; and the &#8220;Product Sales Rep&#8221; tabs are present as shown in the image below.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Category Sales Rep<\/strong> tab includes a list of representatives which are assigned for the categories present in the frontend.<\/p>\n<p>Hence, If the admin selects <strong>No\u00a0<\/strong>against the<strong> Assign Manually <\/strong>tab under <strong>Dedicated Sales Rep<\/strong> and chooses\u00a0<strong>Default Category Sales Rep <\/strong>against the &#8220;Assign As&#8221;.<img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-491501\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/two-1.webp\" alt=\"image\" width=\"1120\" height=\"880\" srcset=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/two-1.webp 1120w, https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/two-1-300x236.webp 300w, https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/two-1-250x196.webp 250w, https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/03\/two-1-768x603.webp 768w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1120px) 100vw, 1120px\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Managers and Team:\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Under <strong>Managers and Team<\/strong>, &#8220;Max.
