Once the status is set enabled the admin can also configure the module by navigating to\u00a0<strong>Sales Representative &gt; Config Settings\u00a0<\/strong>as shown in the image Representative<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Assign Manually\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; The admin can set the sales rep agents to be assigned <strong>automatically<\/strong> or <strong>manually<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>If the assign manually option is set as\u00a0<strong>Disabled\u00a0<\/strong>then the admin can set the priority rules based on which the sales rep agent will be assigned to a particular quote.<\/p>\n<p>If the assign manually is set as <strong>Enabled,<\/strong> then the admin will have to manually assign the sales rep.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Rules<\/strong>-based\u00a0on which the sales rep agents are assigned are:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>First Contacted Sales Rep is the Dedicated Sales Rep.<\/li>\n<li>Customer Most Quotes assigned to Sales Rep.<\/li>\n<li>Product based Sales Rep.<\/li>\n<li>Sales Rep with Highest assigned Quotes<\/li>\n<li>Sales Rep will Lowest assigned\u00a0Quotes.<\/li>\n<li>Set default Sales Rep.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p><strong>Default Sales Representative<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Under the following section, the admin can be set the default sales representative.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Category Sales Rep<\/strong>: The admin can set the sales rep which will be notified when the customer will message through the category page by selecting the\u00a0<strong>Message Sales Rep<\/strong>\u00a0as shown can configure the following options:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Order Total Title:<\/strong> The admin can set custom order total title in multiple languages.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Sort Order:<\/strong> The admin can set the sort order in which the order total title will be displayed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Default Form Field:<\/strong> The admin can set the name which will be used for the conversations and over emails. If left bank then the store name will be taken.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Default Form Email:<\/strong> Similar to the default form field, this option allows the admin to set the email used over conversation and emails.<\/li>\n<li><strong>All Products Quote Status:<\/strong> If\u00a0<strong>Enabled<\/strong>, the customers can quote for all the products over the store. If the admin sets the status as\u00a0<strong>Disabled<\/strong>, then <strong>Quote product\u00a0<\/strong>option will be displayed in which the admin can select the product for which the quote needs to be enabled.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The Quote Product tab will be displayed as shown in the image below:<\/p>\n<p><a Shopping:<\/strong> The maximum quantity of the shopping list that can be created by the customer.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Show product price on product page:<\/strong><span class=\"orange\"> Admin can set <strong>Yes<\/strong> or <strong>No<\/strong>, if we could see the price of the product on the product page.\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<li><strong>Show quote button on product page:<\/strong> Admin can <strong>E<\/strong><strong>nable<\/strong> or <strong>Disable<\/strong> the button of &#8216;<strong>Request Quote<\/strong>&#8216; on the product page.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Show &#8220;Add to cart&#8221; button on product page:\u00a0<\/strong>Admin can set <strong>Yes<\/strong> or <strong>No<\/strong> the button of &#8216;<strong>Add To Cart<\/strong>&#8216; on the product page.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Change Status on Quote Update\/Delete:\u00a0<\/strong>Admin can set <strong>Yes<\/strong> or <strong>No,<\/strong> the functionality where if the customer updates the requested quote or delete any product in the quote request then the status would be changed.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Initial Quote Status:\u00a0<\/strong>Admin can set the status of the quote when for the first time the quote is requested by the customer.<\/li>\n<li><strong><label class=\"col-sm-2 control-label\" for=\"input-updated-status\"><span title=\"\" data-toggle=\"tooltip\" data-original-title=\"Status to be set when the products in the quotation are either updated or deleted.\">Status on Quote Update\/Delete:\u00a0<\/span><\/label><\/strong>Admin can set the status of the quote when customer Update\/Delete the Requested quote.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Status on Quote Approval:\u00a0<\/strong>Admin can set the status of the quote if it is approved by assigned sales representative or admin.<\/li>\n<li><b class=\"orange\">Customer Groups:\u00a0<\/b>Using this option admin can select the customer groups who can request the product quote.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Mail
