2.<\/strong> Booking types supported – Default<\/strong>, Appointment<\/strong>, Event<\/strong>, Rental<\/strong>, Hotel<\/strong>, and Table<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Follow the below steps for installing the extension \u2013<\/p>\n Unzip the respective extension zip and then move the \u201capp<\/strong>\u201d folder (inside the \u201csrc<\/strong>\u201d folder) into the Magento 2 root directory on the server.<\/p>\n Now, run the below-mentioned commands<\/strong> in the Magento 2 root directory<\/strong> via the terminal<\/strong>.<\/p>\n lastly, flush the cache and re-index all by navigating through System->Cache management<\/strong>. The filename of the translated file should be according to the language and region code like\u00a0de_DE.csv<\/strong>.<\/p>\n The admin can get the\u00a0Account SID<\/strong>,\u00a0Auth Token,<\/strong>\u00a0and\u00a0Twilio Phone Number<\/strong>\u00a0by following the below steps:<\/p>\n Step 1<\/strong>:\u00a0Go to the web address\u00a0https:\/\/www.twilio.com<\/a>\/<\/a><\/strong>\u00a0and click on the\u00a0SIGN-UP<\/strong> button as shown below \u2013<\/p>\n Step 2:\u00a0<\/strong>Now after clicking on the\u00a0SIGN-UP<\/strong> button, below page will open. Here, the admin will enter all details to get registered and will tap the Get Started<\/strong>\u00a0button to proceed further.<\/p>\n Step 3<\/strong>: Now, enter your mobile phone number and tap the\u00a0Verify<\/strong>\u00a0button to verify the number.<\/p>\n Step 4<\/strong>: Now, you will receive a\u00a0verification\u00a0code<\/strong>\u00a0on your mobile phone. Enter that verification code and tap the\u00a0Submit<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n Step 5<\/strong>: Now, the page that comes up, on the top\u00a0right-hand<\/strong>\u00a0next to your name tap the\u00a0down arrow<\/strong>\u00a0and then click the\u00a0User Settings<\/strong>\u00a0menu option.<\/p>\n Step 6<\/strong>: Now go to the\u00a0Dashboard<\/strong>\u00a0menu option in the\u00a0left panel<\/strong>. Here, you will find the\u00a0Account SID<\/strong>,\u00a0Auth Token<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Step 7<\/strong>: To get the Twilio phone number, go to the dashboard again and tap the\u00a0Phone Numbers<\/strong>\u00a0link.<\/p>\n Step 8<\/strong>: Clicking the phone numbers link will bring up the below page. Here, click on the\u00a0Get Started<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n Step 9<\/strong>: The section that comes up, click the\u00a0Get your first Twilio phone number<\/strong>\u00a0button.<\/p>\n Step 10<\/strong>: Clicking the\u00a0Get your first Twilio phone number<\/strong>\u00a0in the previous step brings up a pop-up window. Click\u00a0Choose this Number<\/strong>\u00a0button to proceed further.<\/p>\n Step 11<\/strong>: Now, you can see your new\u00a0phone number<\/strong>, click done to go back.<\/p>\n Step 12<\/strong>: Now, to check your phone number click the\u00a0Phone Numbers<\/strong>\u00a0link under the\u00a0dashboard<\/strong>\u00a0section as shown in\u00a0step 7\u00a0<\/strong>and you will redirect to your phone number section<\/strong>.<\/p>\n After the successful installation, to configure the module settings<\/strong> navigate through Stores<\/strong>->Configuration<\/strong>->Webkul<\/strong>->Notifications Setting<\/strong>. Here, we have three sections<\/strong> for the configuration of various settings of the extension.<\/p>\n Auth ID<\/strong>: Enter the Auth ID<\/strong> that the admin received after registering at Twilio.<\/p>\n Token<\/strong>: Enter the Token<\/strong> that the admin received after registering at Twilio.<\/p>\n Sender Mobile<\/strong>: Enter the mobile number that the admin received after registering at Twilio.<\/p>\n Booking Reminder (Days Before)<\/strong>: Set the days for the booking reminder message that will send to the customers prior to the actual booking date.<\/p>\n Booking Reminder (Minutes Before)<\/strong>: Set the minutes for the booking reminder message to be sent to the customers prior to the actual booking time.<\/p>\n Message(Minutes Before)<\/strong>: Configure the the message for minutes before event reminder that will send to the customers prior to the actual date of booking.<\/p>\n Message(Days Before)<\/strong>: Configure the message that will deliver to the customers for the days before the event reminder.<\/p>\n Message(Invoice Create)<\/strong>: Configure the message that will send to the customers when the invoice gets created.<\/p>\n Message(Order Create)<\/strong>: Configure the message that will send to the customers when the order gets created.<\/p>\n Message(Order Cancel)<\/strong>: Configure the message that will send to the customers when the order gets canceled.<\/p>\n Default Message<\/strong>: This message will send to the customer if the message field is left empty while sending custom messages from the ‘View Bookings<\/strong>‘ grid.<\/p>\n After making all the settings, tap the Save Config<\/strong> button at the top right-hand corner.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n When the customer places an order, the sms notification for the order palce is sent to the customer.<\/p>\n When the\u00a0<\/strong>admin generates the\u00a0invoice<\/strong>\u00a0from the backend, the\u00a0Invoice<\/strong>\u00a0Generated <\/strong>notification will be sent to the customer as shown below.<\/p>\n When the\u00a0<\/strong>admin cancels the booking<\/strong>\u00a0from the backend, the\u00a0Booking<\/strong>\u00a0Cancellation\u00a0<\/strong>notification will send to the customer as per the below image.<\/p>\n Booking alert messages will send to the customers on configured date and time. And, this configured date and time should be prior to the actual booking date and time. These messages will remind the customers about their booking date and time.<\/p>\n Note: <\/strong>A cron is set for this module. So, the alert messages will send to the customers automatically.<\/span><\/p>\n The admin will be able to send custom messages to the customers. To do so, the admin will navigate to the View Booking Orders<\/strong> section under Advanced Booking System.<\/p>\n To send the message notifications manually<\/strong>, the admin will first select<\/strong> the booking IDs<\/strong> for which he wants to manually send the notifications<\/a>. Then from the Actions drop-down option<\/strong> select the Send Notification<\/strong> option to send the notification manually to the customers.<\/p>\n After clicking the Send Notification<\/strong> button, a pop-up will appear. here, the admin can enter<\/strong> the custom message<\/strong> and tap the Continue<\/strong> button to send the message.<\/p>\n Here, the admin will see a success message<\/strong> as shown below in the snapshot.<\/p>\nFeatures<\/h2>\n<\/div>\n
