To change Your Prestashop Language You have to select it at the time of installation.<\/b><\/p>\n

1. Use\u00a0 $this->l(\u2018\u2019)\u00a0 for the element you want to change in other languages in .php files<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Example: Suppose we want to display \u201cwelcome\u201d in other languages.<\/p>\n

so we have to use $this->l(\u2018welcome\u2019)<\/p>\n

2.\u00a0 Use {l s=” mod=\u2019module_name\u2019}\u00a0 for the element you want to change in other languages in .tpl or smarty\u00a0 files<\/b>.<\/p>\n

Example: Suppose we want to display \u201cwelcome\u201d in other languages.<\/p>\n

so we have to use {l s=’welcome’ mod=\u2019module_name\u2019}<\/p>\n

3. Create a folder in your module named \u2018Translations\u2019.<\/p>\n

4. Create .php<\/b> file\/files in the Translations folder named under language iso_codes.For iso_code go to ps_lang table in the database.Files in the Translations folder should be empty.<\/p>\n

Example: de.php, fr.php.<\/b><\/p>\n

5.Now you have to make entries of all the word that you have entered in $this->ll(\u2018\u2019) and\u00a0 {l s=” mod=\u2019module_name\u2019}.<\/p>\n

6. Go to prestashop back office ,Localisation Tab ->Translation Tab.<\/p>\n

7. You have to select from\u00a0 \u201cModify Translation\u201d, for module select \u2018Installed Module Translation<\/b>\u2019 and the language flag<\/b> in which you want to change as shown in image below<\/p>\n

8. Now go to your module and fill all the values as shown in the image below.<\/p>\n
