{"id":141895,"date":"2018-09-18T04:40:25","date_gmt":"2018-09-18T04:40:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/webkul.com\/blog\/?p=141895"},"modified":"2025-07-30T08:57:56","modified_gmt":"2025-07-30T08:57:56","slug":"shopify-multivendor-marketplace-woocommerce-connector","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/webkul.com\/blog\/shopify-multivendor-marketplace-woocommerce-connector\/","title":{"rendered":"WooCommerce Connector &#8211; Multivendor Marketplace for Shopify &#8211; [User Guide]"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/webkul.com\/blog\/shopify-multivendor-marketplace-new-theme-launched\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><strong>Multivendor Marketplace<\/strong><\/a> App is here to introduce a new Feature App named <strong>WooCommerce Connector<\/strong>. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Using this feature app, you can allow your sellers to sync their WooCommerce store&#8217;s Products with your Shopify Store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So, if your sellers have their online store on WooCommerce, they can easily import their products into the admin&#8217;s store.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To make this feature work for the sellers, the admin needs to enable it from the Feature Apps section of the Multivendor App. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After that, proceed to approve the charge of $25 USD per month over and above your current Multivendor Plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let&#8217;s understand more about this feature:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><h3 class=\"index-title\">Features<\/h3><\/div><div class=\"margin-bottom-50\">\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Sellers can sync their WooCommerce Store&#8217;s Products with the admin&#8217;s Store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Your seller needs to have a WooCommerce Store to use this feature. Sellers can import the products from their store to the admin&#8217;s&nbsp;store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Also, allow your sellers to import their products using any of the 3 distinctive methods i.e. by selecting the date range, by product ID, or by Product Slug.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Initially, the imported product will be in a pending state at both the admin and seller side.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin can anytime enable or deny the products imported by the seller.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Once approved by the admin, sellers can sell those products on your Store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Moreover, product Inventory gets updated automatically on the admin&#8217;s Store once an order is created on Seller&#8217;s WooCommerce Store.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong><a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/webkul.com\/blog\/shopify-multivendor-marketplace-slot-pricing\/\" target=\"_blank\">Slot Pricing<\/a> is compatible<\/strong> with this connector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Now, both admin &amp; seller can sync the seller\u2019s products in any state from the \u201cProduct Listing\u201d section of their respective panels.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/Product-Admin-2-1200x597.png\" alt=\"woocommerce\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>An email notification will be sent to the sellers for invalid variants in Import Woo commerce products. configuration &gt;&gt; product configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Sync Orders<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Orders can now be created in Seller&#8217;s Woo Commerce store through the WooCommerce Connector feature app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can choose if you want to create an order on the seller\u2019s WooCommerce Store or not. For this, you need to visit the admin panel&gt;&gt;Connector Configuration&gt;&gt;Enable <strong>Sync Order<\/strong> tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Thus, the order created in your store will get synced with the seller&#8217;s store.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"556\" created at the admin Shopify store for the connector product then the same order will be created on the seller&#8217;s Woocommerce store also.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Even, the admin will get a reference order products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Select the Weight Unit of WooCommerce Store&#8217;s products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>-Enter the API key and Secret key.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h5 class=\"wp-block-heading\"
