editing the CSV, save it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And then upload it to the path&nbsp;<strong>app\/code\/Webkul\/abandonedCart\/i18n<\/strong> where they have installed Adobe Commerce on the server. After these hours, the Cart will abandon.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Day for abandoned&nbsp;cart&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Admin can set time in days. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first email will be sent to the customer between <strong>&#8220;Hours for Abandoned cart&#8221; <\/strong>and <strong>&#8220;Day for abandoned cart&#8221;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong>for the abandoned cart,&nbsp;whenever cron will run within this time period.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Follow Up for Second Mail<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The admin can set the time in days. After these days, the second email will be sent to the customer for an abandoned cart whenever the cron will run.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Follow Up for Third Mail<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The admin can set the time in days. Available options include Related Products, Cross-sell Products, Upsell Products, Store Best Sellers, or Smart Fallback.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Smart Fallback Priority Hierarchy<\/strong> \u2013 When Smart Fallback is selected, the system checks product sources in the following order: Related Products, Cross-sell Products, and Store Best Sellers. If a source has no available products or is disabled, the system automatically uses the next available source.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Max Recommended Products Limit<\/strong> \u2013 Set the maximum number of recommended products to display in the abandoned cart email.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong> Abandoned Cart Customer List &#8211;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If the customer adds the product to the cart and leaves the website without purchasing then the customer will be displayed in the abandoned cart list as per the
