We have introduced an module \u201cOdoo POS Refund Via Vouchers\u201d<\/strong> which allows you to create a voucher for the customer as a refund. This will not only help in customer retention but also it will maintain a mutual understanding between customer and seller.<\/p>\n

In today’s global environment, lots of transactions are taking place. As an example- A customer went to a store and purchases a product say “Mobile Phone”, after some time he came back and returned the product . Now, in this scenario, either seller will repay back the amount to the customer in form of cash or he can create a refund coupon for the customer so that he can use that refunded coupon\/voucher in future. Sometimes, repaying back the customer in cash can be a problematic task.<\/p>\n
