All these integration added in <strong>&#8220;Lead-Claim-HelpDesk Integration&#8221;<\/strong> module.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #333333\">&nbsp;<\/span><strong>&#8220;Lead-Claim-HelpDesk Integration&#8221; <\/strong>module, allows you to convert claims to lead or helpdesk, and conversion from helpdesk to lead or claims.<\/p>\n<div class=\"alert alert-info\" role=\"alert\">Prerequisite :<\/p>\n<p><strong><strong>Lead-Claim-HelpDesk Integration<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/strong>module depends on openerp CRM, HelpDesk, and Claims Management modules. You need to install it before you can use this <em>Lead-Claim-HelpDesk Integration<\/em>&nbsp;module.
