{"id":13271,"date":"2014-07-25T15:24:28","date_gmt":"2014-07-25T15:24:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/webkul.com\/blog\/?p=13271"},"modified":"2025-09-10T05:20:46","modified_gmt":"2025-09-10T05:20:46","slug":"prestashop-mangopay-module","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/webkul.com\/blog\/prestashop-mangopay-module\/","title":{"rendered":"PrestaShop MangoPay Payment {User Guide}"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/store.webkul.com\/Prestashop-MangoPay-Payment.html\">PrestaShop MangoPay Payment<\/a><\/strong> module allows merchants to offer this payment mode to their customers to make the payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The customers can use this payment mode to make payments via credit\/debit card &amp; bank wire transfer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>It also offers the admin to choose whether customers will make the payment from the third party page or the same page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Additionally, the module also offers merchants to manage refunds as well as a payout from the module itself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Being <strong>3DS2<\/strong> compliant, this Mangopay payment module offers a superior level of payment security to your customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note:<\/strong> <strong>The module is now compatible with latest MangoPay API.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Features of PrestaShop MangoPay Payment module<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>User category, terms &amp; conditions, headquarters address, and company number will be saved directly from module to Mangopay.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Customers get an option to pay through credit card, direct debit &amp; or bank wire payment methods.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin has the option to allow customers to pay via different card types.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An admin can choose to redirect a customer to a third-party page while paying through the card.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin can view transaction details in the Mangopay account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Wallets generate at the Mangopay end as per the currency selected in the &#8220;allowed currency&#8221;. A single user may have multiple wallets.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Enable\/disable fields to delete the Mangopay data at the time of un-installation of the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin can manage refund as well as payout process through the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin can add multiple bank account details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin will have the option to deactivate their added bank account details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Using the &#8220;Mangopay Payout&#8221; tab, the admin can transfer the wallet balance to their account. Admin can select any of the added accounts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>As per the allowed currency selected in the configuration, the available wallet amount will display on the payout page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin can see the list of transactions done via credit card, direct debit, and bank wire.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A list of transactions in &#8220;admin&#8217;s wallet&#8221; &amp; &#8220;PayIn wallet&#8221; will be available to the admin.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Depending on the &#8220;transaction order status&#8221;, the order amount will add&nbsp;to the list of transactions of &#8220;admin&#8217;s wallet&#8221; and &#8220;PayIn wallet&#8221;.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin can refund the wallet amount to PayIn\/customer wallet from the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An admin can also refund the full\/partial amount from the PayIn wallet to the customer account.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin can use the module either in test mode or live mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>An admin can also upload their KYC documents from the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Admin can also track the current status of KYC document(i.e., whether it&#8217;s accepted or not) &amp; However, an admin can only generate a single wallet at a time.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mangopay Card Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>By enabling this option, customers get the option to pay via credit card.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mangopay Direct Debit<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this payment option, the customers can use their bank details to make the payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mangopay Bank Wire<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this payment option, the customers can pay by directly transferring the amount to the admin&#8217;s account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Order Status for Transfer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Admin can set the order status on which the money will transfer from the customer&#8217;s wallet to the admin&#8217;s wallet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>UBO Deceleration<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this option, the admin can also upload their UBO declaration from the module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Mangopay &#8216;Card Payment Type&#8217;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Admin has two types of card payments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Direct Payment<\/strong> &#8211; Through this option, customers can pay without redirecting to the third-party page.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>PayIn Web <\/strong>&#8211;&nbsp; Whereas through this option, the customer will redirect to the third-party page for the
