id=\"block-ba7c4438-a25b-4c0d-b297-9d90053dcd50\"><strong>Mode<\/strong>: Admin can decide on whether the mode for building the application will be&nbsp;Development or&nbsp;Production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-ba7c4438-a25b-4c0d-b297-9d90053dcd50\"><strong>Client ID and Secret:<\/strong>&nbsp;If the admin is using the application in the <strong>sandbox mode<\/strong> then he can make use of <strong>Development<\/strong> keys.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-ba7c4438-a25b-4c0d-b297-9d90053dcd50\">If using the application in the <strong>Live<\/strong> mode then he can make use of the <strong>Production<\/strong> keys.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-ba7c4438-a25b-4c0d-b297-9d90053dcd50\"><strong>Scope:<\/strong>&nbsp;Scope for the company is by default &#8220;accounting&#8221; and cannot be changed. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-ba7c4438-a25b-4c0d-b297-9d90053dcd50\"><strong>Enable API Logs<\/strong>: If enabled, it will record the API Logs in the Module file.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure This ID is used to record shipping charges from PrestaShop orders during export.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>First, create a Shipping Service item in QuickBooks (for example, \u201cShipping Charges\u201d). Then enter its Product ID in this field.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During order export, the shipping amount is added as a separate line item. It is mapped to this service in QuickBooks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-94966e4c-231a-45df-af87-52c74f401e1f\">The <strong>Default transaction type on QuickBooks:<\/strong> Admin can select the transaction type he wants to create on order from PrestaShop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-3a4e7291-4cd6-4d80-ba05-76e0a5e478e9\"><strong>Default QuickBooks Payment method:<\/strong> Admin can select the default Quicksbook payment method while exporting orders from PrestaShop to QuickBooks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-2cde84e0-69a5-45bb-ad93-6e44d1f3a68a\"><strong>Use the same customer for exported orders:<\/strong> If enabled by admin then the selected QuickBooks customer will apply to all PrestaShop exported orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-a71893ce-e25b-4d5d-afaf-0bc82e6d0d43\"><strong>Default QuickBook customer:<\/strong> Admin needs to select the default QuickBooks customer which will apply to all PrestaShop exported orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-b68933b0-b710-4e05-b21b-fa09cdd6c9b5\"><strong>Use the above customer if the order customer is not mapped:<\/strong> If enabled by the admin then the selected QuickBooks customer will apply to PrestaShop orders if the customer is not mapped.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Import\/Export\/Update Products<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>After successful installation admin will have five new tabs under the &#8220;<strong>QuickBooks Connector<\/strong>&#8221; tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"block-e76a1f9e-ef3c-44c4-b6e6-88c64a538d78\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Five-new-tabs-are-added-1200x593.png\" alt=\"Five-new-tabs-are-added\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-b0573b73-fc63-4e0b-8224-c49fed037d30\">We shall discuss each of these tabs in detail and see how they work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"block-313dfe52-4dbd-4497-861c-18e3836a6752\">Sync Products and Category<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-7dd5b55a-9fbd-40d0-b16e-70fcf52ed39f\">From here Admin can sync products and categories from the PrestaShop store to QuickBooks and vice-versa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-4faaa404-72dd-44ba-9593-8ea917efd23b\"><strong>Sync Category-<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\"><\/strong>Go to <strong>QuickBooks Connector -&gt; Sync products and category-&gt; Sync category<br data-rich-text-line-break=\"true\"><\/strong>Admin can sync or map categories from PrestaShop store to QuickBooks and vice-versa under the &#8220;Sync Category&#8221; tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Admin can decide on which category on PrestaShop to be mapped with which particular category on QuickBooks. Before mapping admin needs to download the QuickBooks categories first.<br><br><strong>Note<\/strong>: <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For our module, there is a one-to-one mapping of categories on PrestaShop and QuickBooks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>While importing a product from QuickBooks if that product does not fall under any category then the default PrestaShop category will be assigned to that product, if the configuration is set else product will not be imported.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"block-6ffdbefc-de63-47a6-a8fd-2991e08fa2a9\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Category-mapping.png\" alt=\"Category-mapping\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\" id=\"block-a76c0c27-225b-4538-b591-1172f8bc2df8\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/09\/Map-categories-1200x585.png\" alt=\"Map-categories\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-b03aa9fa-e1d2-4ed0-b8f8-3d17a89d54dc\">Admin can refresh the categories he has downloaded from QuickBooks by clicking on the refresh button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-ae047b85-9b5c-456a-bf25-2d8aa9da5f33\">Suppose the admin has downloaded the QuickBooks categories. If some new categories get added on QuickBooks, then those categories will be downloaded in PrestaShop by clicking on the refresh button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Auto-map Categories<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"block-777cc813-3844-4b36-8221-05a36d820197\">The admin can auto-map the categories of PrestaShop with QuickBooks categories having the same name. Sync products and category-&gt; Sync product<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Admin can sync or map products from PrestaShop store to QuickBooks and vice-versa under the &#8220;Sync product&#8221; tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Export and update products from PrestaShop to QuickBooks.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Import and update products from QuickBooks to PrestaShop.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Inactive products on QuickBooks or export inactive products under export products.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note<\/strong>:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Before mapping the products save the &#8220;Sync Product Setting&#8221;
