or both.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">3. <strong>RESTRICT CUSTOMER TO VIEW AND EDIT FAQ<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>You can restrict your customers to view and edit the FAQs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To enable this configuration, go to the <strong>Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel<\/strong> and navigate to <strong>Configuration &gt; Do Not Submit the Query<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If a customer enters any restricted keyword in the query:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The query <strong>will not be submitted<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The user will be blocked from sending the query<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No query will be created in the system<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This option is useful for <strong>completely preventing unwanted or restricted queries<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Submit the Query, But the Seller Will Not Receive an Email and View the Query<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If restricted keywords are detected:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The query <strong>will be submitted<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The seller <strong>will not receive any email notification<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The seller <strong>will not be able to view the query<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>This option helps in <strong>silently filtering sensitive or restricted queries<\/strong> without blocking submission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click <strong>Save<\/strong> to apply the configuration<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>You can add <strong>up to 50 restricted keywords<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Captcha Code Configuration for Customer Verification<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>When this configuration is activated, customers will need to enter a Captcha code on the website&#8217;s front end. This enhances security by preventing automated spam and unauthorized access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To enable this configuration, go to the <strong>Multivendor Marketplace Admin Panel<\/strong> and navigate to <strong>Configuration &gt;
