Gathering your customer\u2019s purchase history helps you to know what items they buy and how frequently they buy them accordingly. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Therefore, introducing the \u201c<\/strong>Odoo POS Customer\u2019s Favorites<\/a>\u201d <\/strong>module that facilitates a POS user, what the customer has frequently purchased, and the preferences of the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Moreover, the module displays frequently purchased goods of the customer category wise. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, the POS user can enable or disable the filter on the customer\u2019s favorite products in running POS session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FEATURES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1. The Odoo POS customer\u2019s favorites module helps POS user to manage the customer\u2019s purchase history in POS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. The module helps in displaying the details and history of customer\u2019s frequently purchased products.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. The cashier can enable or disable the filter on the customer\u2019s favorite products in POS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. All the frequently purchased product\u2019s histories of the customer are displayed in the back-end as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

INSTALLATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

1.) Once you purchase the Odoo POS Customer’s Favorites module From Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2.) Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- \u201cpos_customer_favorites\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

3.) Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4.) Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

5.) Then, open on the Apps menu and click on the \u2018Update Modules List\u2019.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

6.) In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u201cpos_customer_favorites\u201d.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

7.) After that, you will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Install\u2019<\/strong> to install it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

WORKFLOW<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Back-end<\/em><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

1. Initially login to your Odoo database and then navigate to the Point of Sale app.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Navigate into the \u201cPartner wise<\/strong>\u201d under the \u201cCustomer\u2019s favorites<\/strong>\u201d tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Here POS user can see the list of all customer\u2019s favorites. By clicking on any customers names you can see his\/her past purchases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Now, start any POS session you want.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Go<\/figure>\n\n\n\n

5. After that, click on the \u201cCustomer<\/strong>\u201d tab to select a customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. POS user can select the customer out of the list, click on the Set customer<\/strong>. Moreover, POS user can click on highlighted button <\/strong>and view this customer\u2019s favorites list accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

7. Here are the favorites items of this particular customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

8. Similarly, by disabling this Highlighted <\/strong>button POS user can remove the favorites filter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
