Create a <a href=\"http:\/\/webkul.uvdesk.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">ticket<\/a> to get this functionality.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The admin needs to email the iyzico team requesting the conversion of the account to the marketplace account. Due to this reason, the module works only for seller products and not for admin. How to get API and Secret Key<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Login to your iyzico <a href=\"https:\/\/merchant.iyzipay.com\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Production<\/a> or <a href=\"https:\/\/sandbox-merchant.iyzipay.com\/login\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Sandbox<\/a> account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To obtain the API credentials, go to Settings &gt; Merchant Settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1736848988.png\" alt=\"API\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Admin Management<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Admin can manage <strong>iyzico Seller<\/strong> by navigating through <strong>Marketplace Management-&gt;iyzico Seller.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1736848991.png\" alt=\"iyzico submerchants\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After clicking on<strong> &#8220;Add new seller&#8221;<\/strong> admin can add a new iyzico seller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1721898595.png\" alt=\"add submerchant\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After saving the details of a seller, a <strong>Sub-Merchant Key<\/strong> for that seller gets generated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Seller End Workflow<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>After the successful installation of the module, a new tab &#8220;iyzico Registration&#8221; gets available in the seller&#8217;s account.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On clicking &#8220;<strong>iyzico seller registration<\/strong>&#8220;, a form appears on the page.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The seller has to select the type of company, enter his name, email id, address, international bank account number, mobile number, shop name, identity number, and swift code. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>After entering all the required details, the seller has to <strong>Accept iyzico terms &amp; conditions<\/strong> and then click on &#8220;Submit&#8221; button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1721898833.png\" alt=\"iyzico seller registration\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After clicking on &#8220;<strong>Submit<\/strong>&#8221; button, an approval message will display on the page if &#8220;<strong>Auto approve seller iyzico registration request<\/strong>&#8221; is enabled by the admin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1721899122.png\" alt=\"iyzico seller registration\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">Ordering Process<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>On the front end, when a customer adds a product to the cart and clicks on proceed to place an order, he can view iyzico payment option on the checkout page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1736848990.png\" alt=\"iyzico\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>On clicking &#8220;<strong>PLACE ORDER<\/strong>&#8221; a payment form will appear on the screen where the customer can enter his card details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1736861091.png\" alt=\"iyzico\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>After clicking on &#8220;<strong>PAY<\/strong>&#8221; button, a customer will redirect to iyzico payment gateway site and when the payment process gets complete, he will get back to a payment confirmation page.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1721903525.png\" alt=\"order\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once an order has been confirmed, the admin can view it under \u201c<strong>Orders<\/strong>\u201d tab.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1721903793.png\" alt=\"orders\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>When admin clicks on \u201cView\u201d button, he can view all the transaction which have been done using iyzico payment gateway under \u201ciyzico Seller Transaction\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wk-index-wrap\"><div class=\"block-wrap\">\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading index-title\">iyzico Seller Transaction<\/h3>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Admin can view&nbsp;<strong>iyzico Seller Transaction<\/strong>&nbsp;details by clicking on \u201c<strong>View<\/strong>\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1721904217.png\" alt=\"iyzico transaction\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A seller can also view the iyzico Transaction under \u201cOrders\u201d tab as shown below:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1721904463.png\" alt=\"iyzico transaction\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once admin has approved the transaction, then seller can process the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1721906426.png\" alt=\"orders\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once admin has approved a transaction, then on the front end transaction status will be updated from Pending to Approved and seller will be able to process the refund.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1721909062.png\" alt=\"refund\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>On clicking the &#8216;REFUND&#8217; button, a refund request will be sent to admin.
