You can define a range on both these cases.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A customer will get a birthday email on the basis of the range he\/she falls into.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The module also provides a data-rich dashboard. Then, in this case, the voucher will be valid till 28\/01\/2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Customer Group Type<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The admin can select a customer group for which he wants to send birthday emails to customers. Customer groups here are classified in terms of &#8216;total purchase&#8217; or &#8216;frequency of orders&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Based on total purchase<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If selected&nbsp;customer group type as \u201c<strong>Based on total purchase<\/strong>\u201c, then the admin needs to set the price range to filter the customer list. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any customer whose purchase lies in this range will receive a birthday mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1738059952.png\" alt=\"birthday gift voucher\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Based on order frequency<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If selected customer group type as \u201c<strong>Based on frequency<\/strong>\u201c, then the admin needs to set the minimum &amp; the maximum number of orders to filter the customer list.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Any customer whose number of orders lies in this range will receive a birthday mail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1738060271.png\" alt=\"birthday gift voucher\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Days to send the mail before birthday<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this field, the admin can set the number of days before the birthday he wants to send the birthday email to the customer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For example, a particular customer\u2019s birthday is on 15\/2\/2025 and the number of days are set as 3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, in this case, a customer will receive a birthday email on 12\/2\/2025.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Choose Email Template<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>After entering the details of a plan, select an email template and then click on save to add this template with the plan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1738062760.png\" alt=\"select email template\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Once added, the admin can view list of birthday gift voucher plans under &#8216;Manage Birthday Gift Voucher&#8217;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1738063296.png\" alt=\"birthday gift voucher plans\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Voucher details will be sent along with the mail template as shown below.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1738133009.png\" alt=\"voucher\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Ways to update birthday gift voucher plans<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>In this module, there are a total of 4 cases in which the plans are updated.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>On editing a plan<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On receiving the order<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>When a customer registers<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On deleting a customer<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Note: <\/strong>The customer&#8217;s plan will be updated only when the existing plan is not compatible with the customer&#8217;s orders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Suppose the admin has added 2 plans on the basis of total purchases by the customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1738067068.png\" alt=\"birthday gift voucher plans\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The price range of&nbsp;<strong>Birthday Email<\/strong>&nbsp;is 11-100 and currently there are 4 customers&nbsp;in this plan.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Another one is&nbsp;<strong>Birthday Gift Voucher Plan<\/strong>&nbsp;with the price range of 101-200 and currently there are 2 customers in this plan.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Now, if the admin change the price range of the&nbsp;<strong>Birthday Email<\/strong>&nbsp;from 11-100 to 101-150 then the plan will update.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In this case, the customers in the&nbsp;<strong><strong>Birthday Email<\/strong><\/strong>&nbsp;will change from 4 to 1 and 2 to 1 in <strong>Birthday Gift Voucher Plan<\/strong> . <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/storecdn.webkul.com\/showcase\/590\/1738067504.png\" alt=\"birthday gift voucher plans\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>On receiving the order<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The price range of&nbsp;<strong>Birthday Email Plan<\/strong>&nbsp;is set to 101 &#8211;
