INTRODUCTION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Avoid extra shipping costs, and save delivery time by displaying the seller\u2019s products available in the nearby vicinity of customers via Odoo Marketplace Hyperlocal System!!<\/strong><\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

There is been a significant change in consumer buying behavior in recent years in terms of shopping preferences and patterns. The long-term product delivery makes customers furious sometimes. To avoid this waiting time, the product should be shipped from their nearby sellers only.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo Marketplace Hyperlocal system aims to connect the customers with local stores and also transforms the shopping experience of the customers. Hence, it saves delivery time and is a cost-effective solution to various problems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As Hyperlocal targets a smaller area which can be 3-5 km in radius, it has a distinct advantage of better delivery systems because of the smaller geographies and a better understanding of the local consumer mindset.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo Marketplace Web to Print<\/a> lets sellers to sell customized products on Odoo Marketplace. Customers can add text or upload images from the website when they place orders.<\/p>\n\n\n

  3. The customers can check the availability of any products in the desired location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. The module detects the customer\u2019s location automatically to sort the products & sellers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Customers can enter their location manually to find products in the vicinity of the area.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. The sellers can add their multiple uniques delivery locations in Odoo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. You can also add the locations for sellers and set the delivery radius for each seller location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  8. The Geo-radius is the delivery range for the seller location from the backend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  9. Only those products and sellers that fall in the delivery range of a customer\u2019s location are visible to the customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  10. The new ‘Hyperlocal Shipping<\/strong>\u2019 option allows you to manage the shipping rates for each seller location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  11. The customer will select hyperlocal shipping to get delivery charges.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  12. The Hyperlocal charges can be added to each seller in the Odoo backend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  13. You and seller can add shipping rates tables in the Odoo backend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  14. The shipping rates depend upon the distance of the customer’s address from the seller’s location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  15. The hyperlocal shipping prices can also be added by you or the seller using a CSV file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  16. The customer can select the delivery address that falls under the delivery radius of the selected seller location.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  17. The cart automatically resets if the customer changes his location at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  18. It prevents an incorrect order from being placed on Odoo Hyperlocal Marketplace.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  19. You can set a default seller location and address in Odoo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  20. In case the customer does not choose a location the products and sellers of default address are shown.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  21. You can even manage shipping rates for each seller separately.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you have purchased the module from our Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- \u2018marketplace_hyperlocal_system<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open the Odoo and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode. You can activate the developer mode by typing \u2018debug<\/strong>\u2019 after \u2018web?<\/strong>\u2019 in the URL as well.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Now, open the Apps menu and click on the \u2018Update Modules List<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018marketplace_hyperlocal_system<\/strong>\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Install<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      Configuration<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

      1. Once the installation is completed, visit the website settings from the Odoo backend.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. After that, enable the Google Maps field<\/strong> and place the API key over there. In case you don\u2019t have the API key<\/strong> you can create a google project by the given link and get a key.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        1. Now follow the path Seller Dashboard>>Settings>>Marketplace>>Hyperlocal settings.<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. After that, enable the Hyperlocal field to use the hyperlocal feature. Set the delivery method as hyperlocal.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          1. Login as admin and follow the path Hyperlocal>>Shiping Area<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            1. Here, you will see the list of shipping areas of different sellers. Click on the ‘Create<\/strong>‘ button to create a new shipping area.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              1. Set the shipping area address, latitude, and longitude<\/strong>. As a result, this will be the address where a seller\u2019s shipping will be available.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                              1. Select his location on the top-left side of the shop page. By default, the location defined in the default setting will be displayed here.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
