Odoo Birthday Reminder (Employees)<\/a> is an Odoo module that sends a birthday greeting email to your users and employees on their birthday.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Remembering a birthday is a simple way to show your team that you care about them beyond sales targets and lead numbers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Good relationships at work build trust and loyalty, and they help each employee feel like a real part of the team.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo does not send these wishes by default, so this module lets a daily cron send them for you without manual work.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- \u2018birthday_reminder_hr\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on the \u2018Update Modules List\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018birthday_reminder_hr\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
