WordPress Booking plugin<\/a> explicitly developed to work with our Booking Commerce Product.<\/p>\n

The plugin enables the user to add a booking widget to their website in a very simple and easiest way.<\/p>\n

The user simply enters the domain of their booking commerce application.<\/p>\n

All products created in the booking commerce account are then reflected in the widget, allowing customers to book their slots accordingly.<\/p>\n

Using the plugin the user can enable the booking widget on his website from where the customers can book, schedule, and reschedule their slots for any booking accordingly.<\/p>\n

Installation of WordPress Booking plugin from WordPress Maketplace<\/strong><\/h2>\n

To install the plung log in to your WordPress Dashboard and go to “Plugins” > “Add New Plugin”.<\/p>\n

After that search for the “Booking Commerce” plugin, then click “Install Now” next to the plugin.<\/p>\n

Once the plugin is installed, you will see an “Activate” button. Click on it to activate the plugin.<\/p>\n

After that, you will see the plugin listed on the Installed Plugins tab.<\/p>\n

Alternative Installation of WordPress Booking plugin\u00a0<\/strong><\/h2>\n

Visit the official WordPress Plugin Repository in your web browser.<\/p>\n

Use the search bar or browse categories to find the plugin you want, then click the “Download” button to get the ZIP file. – https:\/\/www.bookingcommerce.com\/en\/wordpress\/<\/a><\/p>\n

The user will get a zip file which he has to upload in the \u201cAdd New\u201d menu option in the WordPress admin panel.<\/p>\n

For this, log in to the WordPress Admin Panel.<\/p>\n

Under the Dashboard, hover your mouse over the “Plugins” menu option, which will display a sub-menu. Then, select the “Add New” option.<\/p>\n

After this, you will see an option on the top of your page that is \u201cUpload Plugin\u201d, click the option to upload the zip file.<\/p>\n

By clicking on the \u201cUpload Plugin\u201d option, below that you will see a button \u201cChoose File\u201d click on the button to browse for the zip file as per the snapshot below.<\/p>\n

After browsing the file, click the \u201cInstall Now\u201d button to install the plugin as per the snapshot.<\/p>\n

Now when the WordPress Booking plugin is installed correctly, you will see the success message and an option to activate the plugin.<\/p>\n

Click on \u201cActivate Plugin\u201d to activate the installed plugin.<\/p>\n

After activating it, the booking tab will appear under settings<\/strong> in the admin panel like in the snapshot below.<\/p>\n

Update Permalink under \u201cSettings > Permalinks<\/strong>\u201d as \u201cPost name<\/strong>\u201d as in the below snapshot.<\/p>\n

Configuration of WordPress Booking plugin\u00a0<\/strong><\/h3>\n

After successful installation of Booking Commerce plugin, the admin will configure the settings for the booking widget under Settings<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Select Pages for Shortcode:<\/strong> Choose the pages where you want to add the shortcode.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> A single shortcode can only be added to one page at a time.<\/p>\n

Booking Commerce Domain: <\/strong>Add your booking commerce domain here.
\nThe plugin will fetch all the widget products from your booking commerce account to the website, enabling the widget for your customers.<\/p>\n

Note:<\/strong> To use the plugin the user have to create an account on\u00a0Booking Commerce,<\/strong>\u00a0where he will create his products for the widget accordingly.<\/p>\n

Add direct to template:<\/strong> The user can copy the code anywhere on their website template to enable the widget accordingly.<\/p>\n

Directly add from the widget section:\u00a0<\/strong>The user can also add the widget to its website under Appearance > Widget.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Use shortcode inside your page\/article:\u00a0<\/strong>The user can add the shortcode inside any page\/article to enable the widget over it.<\/p>\n

Create Account for<\/strong>\u00a0Booking Commerce<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The customer will first create an account on booking commerce. Please follow the URL\u00a0Booking-Commerce<\/a>\u00a0to create an account as shown in the below images.<\/p>\n

Now, complete the form to create an account.<\/p>\n

User Dashboard – Booking commerce<\/strong><\/h3>\n

Now the customer will Login to his account where\u00a0he can view all the details on his dashboard like – bookings, notifications, reviews, account information, booking stats etc.<\/p>\n

The user can also filter the result on the basis of time duration – Date from – Date too.<\/p>\n

Booking Products<\/b><\/h3>\n

The user can see all the booking products created by him and can also add a new booking product from here and can assign it to any of his agents.<\/p>\n

Also user can edit\/remove a booking product under the action tab available in front of every booking product.<\/p>\n

The user can also search a booking product by its name from the search bar available.<\/p>\n

Adding a new booking product<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The user can create a new booking product by clicking on the “ADD” button. After that, the user will add the booking product details to create a booking product.<\/p>\n

Product Information<\/strong><\/p>\n

The user will add the information regarding his booking product.<\/p>\n

Title:<\/strong> Enter the title for your booking product.<\/p>\n

Description:<\/strong> Enter the description of your booking product.<\/p>\n

Profile Image:<\/strong> Upload the profile image of your booking product.<\/p>\n

Public URL:<\/strong> The Public URL is the URL for your product, from where the customers will create their bookings<\/p>\n

Assign to member:<\/strong> Select the agent to which you want to assign the booking product.<\/p>\n

Slot price:<\/strong> Select the slot price for a booking.<\/p>\n

Booking Type:<\/strong> Select the type as Multi-User or Single User for the bookings.<\/p>\n

Guests\/Customer Limit:<\/strong> Set the limit for customers to book a slot.<\/p>\n

After filling all the details click on the SAVE<\/strong> button to create the booking product.<\/p>\n

Now the user can see the booking product created successfully under Booking Products<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Now the user will click on “Edit Product”<\/strong> to complete the booking product details. The user will add the details to Location<\/strong>:<\/p>\n
