Odoo Appointment Management System<\/a> helps ease your appointment management in Odoo. The module enables you to manage your appointments and bookings, and the Odoo calendar will show all the booked appointments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Further, the appointment module eases the process of appointment booking in Odoo. The module allows you to create customer groups for similar appointment types. Send reminders to customers and make an appointment record and invoice from the backend that the admin can print to provide to customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- \u2018wk_appointment.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on \u2018Update Modules List.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search \u2018wk_appointment.\u2019<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on \u2018Activate<\/strong>\u2019 to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      WORKFLOW<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

      After Installation, Configure and use Odoo Appointment Management System as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      CONFIGURATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Log in to the Odoo backend, go to \u2018Appointment> Configuration> Settings,\u2019<\/strong> and here open \u2018Appointment\u2019<\/strong> and under \u2018Mail and Notification\u2019<\/strong> tick the box next to the option you want to use. Once done, click the \u2018Save\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2. Next, open the Appointment Dashboard<\/strong>. The dashboard shows you all \u2018 New, Pending, Approved, Done, and Cancelled.<\/strong>

      3. After that, locate \u2018Configuration> Appointees>Create\u2019<\/strong> and fill in the form with every detail of the appointee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4. Now, move to the \u2018TimesSlots\u2019<\/strong> tab and configure the appointment timings of the doctor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      In the \u2018All Appointment\u2019<\/strong> tab, you can view every appointment of that particular user.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5. Next, go to \u2018Configuration> Appointment Groups> Create,\u2019<\/strong> and on the page, fill in the details, and by the \u2018Add a Line\u2019<\/strong> option, add group members.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. After that, open \u2018Configuration> Appointment Slot> New\u2019<\/strong> and fill in the details in the form to create time slots for appointments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      7.Once done, go to \u2018Configuration> Appointment Source> New>Save<\/strong>\u2019 and create a source by filling in the detail.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      BOOKING AN APPOINTMENT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      8. Open the Appointment Dashboard and click \u2018New<\/strong>\u2019>\u2019New Appointment<\/strong>\u2019<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9. In the form, fill in \u2018Customer, Appointment date, Appointment with (Appointment Group), Appointee, Source, and TimeSlot.\u2019<\/strong> In the \u2018Charge\u2019<\/strong> tab, click \u2018Add a Line\u2019 <\/strong>and select the product or service required.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      10. After saving, you can see the total amount at the bottom part of the form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Set to Pending<\/strong> button will set the appointment in a pending state.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Approve<\/strong> simple accept the appointment request. Besides this, we will discuss the detailed approval flow in points 12-16.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Reject<\/strong> the customer’s request for an appointment, which we will discuss in points 17-18.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      11. When we set an appointment to pending, we either approve or reject it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      APPROVING AN APPOINTMENT AND CREATING AN INVOICE<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      12. Now, accept the appointment by clicking the \u2018Approve\u2019<\/strong> button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      13. After approval, you will have three options:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Reset-<\/strong> This will reset the invoice to the draft stage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Create Invoice-<\/strong> It will let you create the appointment invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Done-<\/strong> Will only be marked when the customer has visited for an appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      You can also see \u2018Not yet Invoiced\u2019 below the total amount. Click the \u2018Create Invoice\u2019<\/strong> option.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      14. Once invoiced, you can see \u2018Confirm<\/strong>\u2019> This will confirm the appointment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      15. The preview option<\/strong> will show you an invoice like this.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      16. On confirming, the following options will appear on the screen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6. Reset To Draft<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        16.1. \u2018Send\u2019 button<\/strong> will open a pop-up will invoice details that you can edit according to your preference, which you can send to customer\u2019s email.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        16.2. Now click on \u201cContinue<\/strong>\u201d > \u2018Send<\/strong>\u2019 to send Email to the recipient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        16.3. The \u2018Print<\/strong>\u2019 button will directly download the receipt to your device.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        16.4. The \u2018Pay<\/strong>\u2019 button will let you register the payment with the recipient bank. After filling in the details \u2018Create Payment<\/strong>\u2019 to confirm payment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        16.5. After that, you will see \u2018Paid<\/strong>\u2019 banner on the invoice.

        REJECTING AN APPOINTMENT<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        17. On clicking the \u2018Reject\u2019<\/strong> button, a popup will appear on the screen asking for the reason for rejection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        18. After submitting the reason, the admin can view it in the comment section of the invoice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        VIEWING APPOINTMENTS<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        19. Once the appointment booking part is completed, let\u2019s move to the appointment view section. Click \u2018Appointment> New Appointment\u2019<\/strong> to view all appointments on the Calander.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        20. \u00a0Click any appointment to view its details. Also, you can edit or delete it via the \u2018Edit<\/strong>\u2019 or \u2018Delete<\/strong>\u2019 buttons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        21. Next, Open the \u2018All Appointments\u2019<\/strong> under \u2018Appointments\u2019<\/strong> to view all appointments. You can also click on any record to view its details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        22. Lastly, go to \u2018Reporting> Appointments Analysis\u2019<\/strong> to view the booking stats in graph or chart form.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        OTHER ODOO WEBSITE MODULES<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n
