The admin can set an order prefix of the purchase Id.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Procurement Methods &#8211;\u00a0<\/strong><span class=\"webkit-html-attribute-value\"> The admin can set the procurement method as <strong>Make To Order <\/strong>and <strong>Make To Stock.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span class=\"webkit-html-attribute-value\">Under <strong>Make To Order<\/strong>, whenever the product quantity becomes zero after placing the order, a purchase order will be created automatically. <\/span><\/li>\n<li><span class=\"webkit-html-attribute-value\">Under <strong>Make To Stock, <\/strong>the admin has to create purchase manually.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><strong>Default Quotation Quantity<\/strong>&#8211; This Quantity will be visible in the Quotation Quantity field until the admin enters it as per his requirement.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Generate PO on Order Placed &#8211; <\/strong>If the admin enables this option<span class=\"webkit-html-attribute-value\">, then whenever the customer places the order a purchase order will create automatically else not.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>Order Status for Purchase Order &#8211; An email notification will be sent to the supplier after the product addition to Quotation by the Admin.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Update Details To Quotation Email To Admin\/Store<\/strong>&#8211; The Admin will receive an email if he updates any information about the Quotation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Update Details To Quotation Email To Supplier<\/strong>&#8211; An email notification will be sent to the supplier if the Admin updates the Quotation.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purchase Order Email To Admin\/Store<\/strong>&#8211; The Admin will receive an email notification after placing the purchase order.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Purchase Order Email To Supplier- <\/strong>An email notification will be received by the supplier after the purchase order has been placed by the admin.<\/p>\n<h3><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Shipping Settings<\/span>:<\/h3>\n<p>From here, the admin can add the Shipping\u00a0 Methods.
