You need to enabling verbose logging for <strong>QuickBooks Web Connector<\/strong> for Desktop (QBWC) &#8211; <a href=\"https:\/\/help.developer.intuit.com\/s\/article\/QBWC-Logging\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">https:\/\/help.developer.intuit.com\/s\/article\/QBWC-Logging<\/span><\/a><\/p>\n<p>3. The module will only work correctly for the SSL certified sites.<\/p>\n<p>4. Both the <strong>QuickBooks Desktop<\/strong> and the <strong>QuickBook Web Connector<\/strong> application must be simultaneously running on your system.<\/p>\n<p>Also, you need to create a company file click <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><strong><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/community.intuit.com\/articles\/1502302-create-quickbooks-desktop-company-file-overview\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">here<\/a><\/strong><\/span> to know how to create one.<\/p>\n<p>Please note that whichever company is open at the time of data sync, the data will be synchronized within that only.<\/p>\n<p>5. This integration is tested with the <strong>QuickBooks Enterprise Solution 18.0<\/strong> and should also work with older versions.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">Note<\/span>:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Only some of the special symbols are allowed in the name, description fields. Opencart QuickBooks Desktop Connector<br \/>\n<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"panel-body\">\n<div>\n<p>To configure the module, navigate to Extensions&gt;Modules&gt;Webkul Opencart QuickBooks Desktop Connector<\/p>\n<p>Here, the admin will install and enable the Opencart QuickBooks Desktop Connector\u00a0extension.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Install-Module-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Install-Module-1.png\" alt=\"Opencart QuickBooks Desktop Connector Admin Configuration Install\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nAfter clicking on the <strong>edit<\/strong> button, a new page will open up and from here the admin can <strong>configure<\/strong> the module.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Module-Configuration.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Module-Configuration.png\" alt=\"Opencart QuickBooks Desktop Connector\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here, the admin will \u2013<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Set the <strong>status<\/strong> of the module as <strong>Enable<\/strong> or <strong>Disabled<\/strong> as per the requirement.<\/li>\n<li>Set the <strong>Time Zone<\/strong> for the QuickBook Company.<\/li>\n<li>Input the <strong>App Name<\/strong>(you can enter app name as per your requirement) for QuickBook Web Connector.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the <strong>App<\/strong> <strong>Description(<\/strong>you can enter app description as per your requirement) for QuickBook Web Connector.<\/li>\n<li>Enter the <strong>QuickBook Webconnector<\/strong> <strong>User Name<\/strong>(you can enter a user name as per your requirement).<\/li>\n<li>Set the <strong>QuickBook Web Connector<\/strong> <strong>Password<\/strong>(you can enter a password as per your requirement and the same will be used for the app validation).<\/li>\n<li>Enter the time duration for the web connector scheduler in minutes. The value must be greater or equal to <strong>5<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li>Set the<strong> sync slot number<\/strong> and must be between <strong>3<\/strong> and <strong>30<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><strong>Note<\/strong><\/span>:<br \/>\nAfter filling up all the information in the above section, the admin needs to save the configuration.<\/p>\n<p>After that will the download button for the <strong>QuickBook Web Connector <\/strong>be visible for use.<\/p>\n<p>To create a <span style=\"color: #ff6600;\"><strong>QuickBook Web Connector<\/strong><\/span> app you need to follow the below steps :<\/p>\n<p>Sequence of Steps:<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 1<\/strong>: After entering all the information, in the above configuration settings, click the <strong>download<\/strong> button at the <strong>top right-hand side<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p>This will download a <strong>opencart.qwc <\/strong>file.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Step 2<\/strong>: Now, open the <strong>QuickBooks Web Connector<\/strong> on your <strong>system<\/strong> and click the <strong>Add an Application <\/strong>button.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Web-Connector.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Web-Connector.png\" alt=\"Opencart QuickBooks Desktop Connector\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<p><strong>Step 3<\/strong>: Clicking the <strong>Add an Application <\/strong>button will bring up a section to browse for the <strong>opencart.qwc<\/strong> file.<\/p>\n<p>Browse the file and select it. Here, under the <strong>Type<\/strong> section select the option<strong> Sales Tax Item<\/strong> from the drop-down option.<\/p>\n<p>Also, enter the <strong>Sales Tax Name<\/strong>(You can keep anything but <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\">should not be<\/span> &#8220;<strong>Opencart Tax<\/strong>&#8220;).<\/p>\n<p>Lastly, make sure to set the <strong>Tax Rate <\/strong>= <strong>0.0%<\/strong> and click the <strong>Ok<\/strong> button to confirm.<\/p>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/12\/Step-10.png\"><img admin can see a list of all the synchronized customers from the open cart store to QuickBooks Desktop.<\/p>\n<p>The admin can filter the customer list using various filters like &#8211; Opencart Customer ID, Customer Name, QuickBook Desktop Customer ID, and email.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-477486\"
