Upgrade your discounts on Sales Orders with Odoo Discount on Sales!<\/em><\/strong><\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo Discount on Sales Orders<\/a> helps enhance the discounting process in the Sales app of Odoo While creating Orders. The modules allow users to put a Global discount on Products with their Categories and Orders while creating. Also, allow them to manage discounts on a category basis where they can restrict the category of products to get global discounts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

NOTE: <\/em><\/strong>Odoo Discount on Sale Order<\/em> Module works in conjunction with the following module:<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo Discount on Invoices and Bills<\/em><\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You would require to install these modules first for Odoo Discount on Sale Order to work correctly.<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

  1. Apply Global Discounts on All Products<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Manage Global Discounts on Orders.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Restrict Global Discounts on Product Categories <\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Set Discount Type as Fixed<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Set Discount Type as Percentage<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Admin can Set Global Discounts on Taxed and Non-Taxed Products<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  7. Enable\/Disable options for the module.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

    INSTALLATION<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

    1. After purchasing the module Odoo Discount on Sales, a link will be provided to download a zip file.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file and a folder name \u2018discount_sale_order\u2019 <\/strong>will be visible.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy the folder to the Odoo add-ons path.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Open the Odoo app, and click on settings. Then, Click on Developer Mode.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Now, open the Apps Menu and click on \u2018Update Module List\u2019.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. At the search bar, remove all filters and search \u2018discount_sale_order\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. Click on Install for Installation. Kudos!<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      CONFIGURATION<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. After the Installation process of Odoo Website Auction, configure the module for use. <\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. To configure the module we need to navigate to Customer Invoices<\/strong> by following the path \u2018Configuration > Invoicing\u2019.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

        1. Now Check Mark the \u201cA global discount on invoices\/bills\u201d <\/strong>to enable the module. Also, Select \u201cTax Excluded\u201d <\/strong>to configure a discount on products Excluding Tax or Select \u201cTax Included\u201d <\/strong>to configure the discount on products that have tax included in their price.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Navigate to the Sales App of the Odoo and Make a New Quotation.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. While Making a new order features such as \u201cDiscount Type\u201d<\/strong> and \u201cGlobal Discount\u201d<\/strong> will be visible in the Quotation Template Section.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

          1. A user can add Global Discount <\/strong>Collectively on all products on the Quotation Template by using an option left Bottom of the page named \u201cGlobal Discount\u201d <\/strong> where the user can select Discount Type and click on \u201c% Add Discount\u201d.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

            1. You can even Update the placed Global Discount with the \u201cUpdate Discount\u201d <\/strong>Button and can remove the applied discount with the \u201cRemove Discount\u201d <\/strong>Button.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

              1. The Admin can also provide restrictions on products with their categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. To Configure the restriction feature route to \u201cProducts > Configuration > Product Categories\u201d <\/strong>and Select a Product Category.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

                1. Select any of the categories to restrict the global discount and click the checkbox \u201cRestrict Global Discount\u201d. <\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n

                  1. This does not allow the Selected Category to be discounted with the enabled configuration of global discount.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
