Odoo Multichannel Flipkart Connector<\/a> connects your Flipkart seller account with Odoo. It helps you manage Flipkart orders and product listings from Odoo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The connector supports manual order imports, product exports, and automated order imports using cron jobs. It also provides Flipkart-specific settings for orders, listings, shipping, GST, and product packages.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can configure Flipkart API credentials, import orders using different filters, and export or update product listings. This helps manage Flipkart operations from your Odoo database.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prerequisites for using Odoo Multichannel Flipkart Connector<\/strong><\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Odoo Multichannel Flipkart Connector works in conjunction with the following module:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Odoo Multi-Channel Sale Module<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n

You must install the above-mentioned module before using Odoo Multichannel Flipkart Connector. The Webkul Store also lists Odoo Multi-Channel Sale as the framework module required for the Flipkart connector.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Installation<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

    1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul Store<\/a>, you will receive a link to download the module’s zip file<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named flipkart_odoo_bridge<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings<\/strong> menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    5. Then, open the Apps<\/strong> menu and click on Update Modules List<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search for flipkart_Odoo_bridge<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
    7. You will see the module in the search results. Click on Install<\/strong> to install it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

      Workflow<\/h2>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n

      <\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Connect Flipkart with Odoo<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1) After installing the module, log in to your Odoo account and open the Multi-Channel Sale application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      2) Create a new channel by clicking the Connect button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      3) On the Multi-Channel dashboard, click the New<\/strong> button to create a new multi-channel<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      4) Select Flipkart as the channel type and enter the required channel details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      5) Enter the Flipkart App ID<\/strong> and Secret ID<\/strong> in the respective fields.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      6) Complete the OAuth authentication process to generate the Access Token<\/strong>.
      7) Click Test Connection<\/strong> to verify the Flipkart connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      8) After the connection is successful, the Flipkart<\/strong> channel appears on the Multi-Channel dashboard. Click it to open its configuration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      9) From the Operation<\/strong> tab, you can use Import Orders<\/strong> to import Flipkart orders and Export\/Update Product<\/strong> to export or update product information on Flipkart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

      Configure Flipkart Settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

      1. Configure the required Flipkart settings from the Configuration<\/strong> tab.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      2. Set the required Order Filters, Listing Status, Fulfillment, Procurement, Shipping Charges, and GST<\/strong> details.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
      3. Configure the default Package Dimensions and Weight<\/strong> for Flipkart listings.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

        Product Settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

        1. Open the Product Settings tab to configure the default product synchronization settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. Under Default Settings, select the category, pricelist, language, SKU pattern, and default channel category for Flipkart products.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
        3. Enable Product Avoid Duplicity to prevent duplicate products during imports using the product’s internal reference and barcode.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Sales Settings<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

          1. Open the Sales Settings tab to configure the settings used when Flipkart orders are imported into Odoo.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. You can configure default products for order discounts, shipping charges, and other charges.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Configure Order State Mapping<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

            1. Open the Order State Mapping tab to map Flipkart order states with Odoo order states.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Add the required Flipkart order state and select the corresponding Odoo order state.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. You can also configure whether the selected state should be the default state, create an invoice, set the invoice state, or create a shipment.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Only one order state can be configured as the default state. When enabled, orders imported with the mapped state follow the selected Odoo workflow.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

              Import Flipkart Orders<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

              1. Open the Flipkart Connector dashboard and click the Import<\/strong> option.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Select Orders<\/strong> as the object to import.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              3. Import orders using a Date Range, Order SKU, or Order Status<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              4. For status-based imports, select the required status such as APPROVED, PACKED, READY_TO_DISPATCH, or CANCELLED<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
              5. During order import, the connector automatically extracts and maps the related Products and Customers\/Partners<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

                Export or Update Products<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

                1. Open the Export<\/strong> option from the Flipkart Connector.<\/li>\n\n\n\n

                3. Export product details such as SKU, HSN, FSN, pricing, dimensions, and seller details<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
                4. You can also update the product information on Flipkart from the product form.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
