Odoo task deadline manager comes out helpful for you consequently in the way of managing task deadlines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Odoo task deadline manager allows you to set the auto deadline where you can set default grace time so that the will be automatically updated if the task is saved without any deadline. This module helps the user to update the default deadline of the with specific reason for the deadlines; and a mail is trigerred to all the followers of the same task. Managing tasks is an important factor for any of the organisation. Hence, we came up with the idea in the form of this module so that you can manage your task accordingly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">FEATURES<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Project deadline activation.<\/li><li>Create Predefined reasons to update deadline.<\/li><li>Update Task Deadline with detailed reason.<\/li><li>Deadline Update mail notification will be sent to the task followers.<\/li><li>Manage Task deadline history.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">INSTALLATION<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.<\/li><li>Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- <strong>\u2018task_deadline_manager\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li><li>Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.<\/li><li>Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.<\/li><li>Then, open on Apps menu and click on<strong> \u2018Update Modules List\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li><li>In the search bar, remove all the filters and search <strong>\u2018task_deadline_manager\u2019<\/strong>.<\/li><li>You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on <strong>\u2018Install\u2019<\/strong> to install it.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">WORKFLOW<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Firstly, login to the Odoo database and go to the project module.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/za-1200x620.png\" alt=\"Project\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"2\"><li>Click on the configuration tab and go to the <strong>&#8220;Project&#8221;<\/strong>.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/za1-1200x619.png\" alt=\"Configuration\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"3\"><li>Create a project and tick the checkbox next to allow auto deadline, add default task grace and save the project.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/za2-1200x618.png\" alt=\"Create project\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"4\"><li>Click on the configuration tab and go to the <strong>&#8220;Deadline Reasons&#8221;<\/strong> to create deadline reasons.<\/li><\/ol>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/06\/za4-1200x620.png\" alt=\"za4\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\" start=\"5\"><li>Create the deadline reasons and click on the save button to save the reasons.
