Various notification emails are also sent from quote request to approval and\u00a0 as well as cancellation of the quote.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Note:\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>1. This module supports all templates and themes including the Journal theme.<\/p>\n<p>2. <strong>Enable<\/strong>\u00a0or <strong>Disable<\/strong>\u00a0as per need.<\/li>\n<li>Select <strong>Customer<\/strong>\u00a0<strong>Groups<\/strong> <strong>&#8211;<\/strong> Select the customer groups that will be able to see and use the quotation. also, uncheck all customer groups to allow visibility and usage for all of the customers.<\/li>\n<li><strong><span title=\"\" data-toggle=\"tooltip\" data-original-title=\"Enable to hide price of a product which is allowed only to Add To Quote\" aria-describedby=\"tooltip21971\">Hide Price of the Only Quote Product <\/span><\/strong><span title=\"\" data-toggle=\"tooltip\" data-original-title=\"Enable to hide price of a product which is allowed only to Add To Quote\" aria-describedby=\"tooltip21971\">&#8211; <strong>Enable<\/strong> to hide the price of a product that is only allowed to <strong>add to the quote<\/strong> else select <strong>disabled<\/strong>.<\/span><strong><span title=\"\" data-toggle=\"tooltip\" data-original-title=\"Enable to hide price of a product which is allowed only to Add To Quote\" aria-describedby=\"tooltip21971\"><br \/>\n<\/span><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Select the<strong> Time Zone<\/strong> &#8211; Now, the page that comes up, navigate to the <strong>Quotation <\/strong>tab.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Add-Quote-Product-1.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Add-Quote-Product-1.png\" alt=\"Add QuoteTo the Product\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Under the <strong>Quotation<\/strong> tab &#8211;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Quotation Text\u00a0<\/strong><br \/>\nEnter the quotation text that is visible on the product page in the place of the price of the product.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Allow Only Quote<br \/>\n<\/strong>Here, select &#8220;<strong>Yes<\/strong>&#8221; to only apply the\u00a0<strong>Add To Quote<\/strong>\u00a0button to the product. Here, the customer will enter the <strong>Quantity of the product<\/strong>, the <strong>Requested Unit Price<\/strong>, and then <strong>tap<\/strong> the <strong>refresh<\/strong> button to <strong>save<\/strong> the <strong>requested total<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Quotation-Cart.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Quotation-Cart.png\" alt=\"Cart Request Quote\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a>Also, if the customer taps the &#8220;<strong>Request Quote<\/strong>&#8221; button without entering the &#8220;<strong>Request Unit Price<\/strong>&#8221; then a <strong>pop-up<\/strong> will display. The customer needs to <strong>set the request price<\/strong> else the<strong> unit price<\/strong> will be set as the<strong> request price<\/strong> of the <strong>quotation<\/strong> <strong>product<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Request-Price.bmp\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Request-Price.bmp\" alt=\"Cart Request Quote\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>lastly, check the <strong>Quotation Terms &amp; Conditions<\/strong> checkbox and then <strong>tap<\/strong> the <strong>&#8220;Request<\/strong> <strong>Quote<\/strong>&#8221; button and that&#8217;s it.<\/p>\n<p>Also, the customer can add a comment along that will be visible to the admin while viewing this quotation request.<br \/>\n<a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Last.png\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Last.png\" alt=\"Heading name goes here\" loading=\"lazy\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Tapping the &#8220;<strong>Quotation Terms &amp; Conditions<\/strong>&#8221; brings up the terms and conditions of the quotation request in a pop-up as shown below in the snapshot.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Quotation-Terms-and-Conditions.bmp\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"aligncenter\" src=\"https:\/\/cdnblog.webkul.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2017\/11\/Quotation-Terms-and-Conditions.bmp\" alt=\"Quotation Terms and Conditions\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>The buyer after <strong>requesting<\/strong> the quote will be <strong>re-directed\u00a0<\/strong>to the <strong>Quotation History<\/strong> page as shown below in the snapshot.
