They initially contacted us for the integration of Opencart Ecom and Odoo Open Source ERP platform<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Peticare encountered several challenges in its quest for integration of HKTVmall <\/a>with odoo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Since Odoo HKTVmall was a custom-made module therefore their initial challenges were product mapping, stock management, etc<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They required accurate product mapping during goods receipt to ensure inventory consistency across platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Their team wanted to maintain real-time stock on HKTVmall. With HKTVmall manual features, It was difficult to prevent overselling and ensure accurate inventory data.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They want a tool for efficient order management that is a reliable way to sync order statuses and customer information between Odoo and HKTVmall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The presence of prefixes in SKU IDs from HKTVmall created additional complications in product searches and mapping Which is very complex for their team to manage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
