This led them to explore solutions, ultimately discovering Webkul\u2019s Odoo Bridge for Prestashop.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

To achieve real-time product and order synchronization, Babyyuval purchased Webkul’s Odoo Bridge for Prestashop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Challenges Faced<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Despite using the connector for a long time, babyyuval encountered several challenges, such as barcode synchronization, tax pricing, single-way updates, real-time product updates, and product tracking. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For instance, a large number of combination product barcodes and internal references were missing mapping between Odoo and Prestashop. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Additionally, different tax management rules across countries required synchronization of tax-inclusive prices. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

They want to control the Price update in one direction, and products exported to Prestashop required configurable visibility. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Real-time inventory management and tracking the status of Prestashop products within Odoo were also essential.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Barcode and Reference Synchronization<\/strong>: A custom module to synchronize barcodes and references for combination products between Odoo and Prestashop, along with an automated scheduler for product variant updates.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
