WooCommerce Online Doctor Consultation: This plugin allows customers to book an online doctor’s appointment for a consultation.
This plugin provides a facility for the patients to book a video as well as a clinic appointment at their convenience.
The patients can view, and pay for these appointments online. The admin can add, and edit the doctors from their end.
This plugin is now compatible with WooCommerce’s new High-Performance Order Storage (HPOS) feature.
We provide a production version of the plugin. If you want a development version then you can get it at an additional cost. Please contact support@webkul.com for it.

Note: The patients can only book a video appointment with the help of this plugin. They will have to connect on a video call out of the system.
Installation of WooCommerce Online Doctor Consultation
Firstly, the user will get a zip file which he has to upload in the “Add New” menu option in the WordPress admin panel.
For this, you need to login to WordPress Admin Panel and Under the Dashboard hover your mouse over the “Plugins” menu option which brings out a Sub-Menu, and then select the “Add New” option.
Further, you will see an option on the top of your page that is “Upload Plugin”, click the option to upload the zip file.
After clicking on the “Upload Plugin” option, below that you will see a button “Choose File” click on the button to browse for the zip file as per the snapshot below.
After browsing the file, click the “Install Now” button to install the plugin as per the snapshot.
Moreover, when the plugin installation is complete correctly, you will see the success message and an option to activate the plugin. Click on “Activate Plugin” to activate the plugin.

Admin Configuration-WooCommerce Online Doctor Consultation
After successful installation, The admin can configure the plugin by navigating– Webkul WC Addon>>Online Doctor Consultation>Configuration>Commission Configuration
For Endpoint configuration, the admin has to make the following configurations as shown below:
The Admin can add or edit a doctor from their end. To add a new doctor navigate on Webkul WC Addon>> Online Doctor Consultation>> Add New button, and a form will open.
The admin has to add the username, email, first name, Lastname, website, and password in this form.
An admin can view the booked appointments from Appointments tab and also pay from here for an appointment.
The transactions can also be managed from the Transactions option.
The reviews can be viewed by the admin for the doctors from the backend dashboard as shown below in the screenshot.
Doctor-End Workflow: WooCommerce Online Doctor Consultation
The Doctors can add or edit the address of the clinic from the Addresses option.
The account details like; first name, last name, display name, email address, and password can be added by the doctor as shown in the screenshot.
A doctor can view the complete statistics like; total earning, lifetime sale, reviews, etc. from the Statistics option.
The booked appointment will display in the Appointment section with details like the order number, date, status, appointment type, customer name, fee, commission, payable amount as shown below.
The doctors upload their profile image and enter the following mentioned details such as first name, last name, degree, speciality, experience, and about for their account.
A doctor can set the name of the appointment type name from the Product option. From here an appointment can be edited, deleted, viewed by the doctor.
Similarly, the doctor can view the ratings for their clinic based on the doctor, price rating, quality rating, value rating, etc from the Reviews option.
The transactions will display in the transaction option as shown below in the image:

The customers can find the doctors to book an appointment from the Doctor option present in the top menu bar. The customers can find the doctors by entering the city, by name, and by specialty.
If a customer wants to book an online clinic appointment, then he has to click on the Clinic Consultation option.
Here, the patient has to select the doctor, date and this will show the available time slots to the patient. The patient has to enter details like patient name, age, mobile weight, etc.
After that check the detail on cart page and proceed to checkout.
Then proceed to checkout and complete the billing process.
After that, the customer can check the order confirmation. They can also chat and add attachment for communication
Similarly, for the video consultation, a customer can book an appointment from the Video Consultation option presented below the doctor’s profile.

The customers/patients can manage the appointments from their dashboard. The booked appointments will display in the Orders section.
Customers can download the receipt for the booked appointment from the downloads option.
