We have introduced a new feature in the app called Video Collection, designed to make your store more interactive and engaging with shoppable videos.

Using this feature, you can create and manage video collections for products, pages, and collections, allowing customers to explore video content directly from different areas of your store.

How to Create a Video Collection

To configure this feature, follow these steps:

• Go to the Navigation Bar
• Open the Video Collection section
• Click on Add Video Collection
• Then click on Create Collection

While creating the Video collection, you can choose the Collection Type based on where you want to display the videos. Currently, the app supports three collection types:

• Product
• Page
• Collection

Product Video Collection

If you select the Product type, you can create a dedicated shoppable video collection for a specific product.

• Select the product from the Linked Product section
• Add videos related to that product

This is how the video looks on the Product collection.

These videos can help customers better understand the product through demonstrations, reviews, tutorials, or promotional content.

Page Video Collection

If you choose the Page type, you can attach videos to a specific store page.

• Select the page from the Linked Page section
• Upload or add videos for that page

This is how the video looks on the Page collection.

This is useful for pages like About Us, Landing Pages, Promotional Pages, or any custom storefront page where video content can improve engagement.

Collection Video Collection

If you select the Collection type, you can add videos for an entire product collection.

• Choose the collection from the Linked Collection section
• Add videos related to that collection

This is how the video looks in the collection page.

This allows you to create a visually engaging shopping experience for collection pages by highlighting featured products, campaigns, or category-based content through videos.

With the Video Collection feature, you can easily organize and manage shoppable videos across different sections of your store, including products, pages, and collections.

This allows you to create a more interactive storefront experience by displaying relevant video content exactly where customers are browsing.

The Shoppable & Live Videos App currently offers two types of plans: the Main Plan and the Digital Plan.

The Main Plan serves as the core subscription that provides access to all the essential features of the app, including live streaming, shoppable video management, and product integration.

The Digital Plan adds extra storage for users who need more digital space than what the main plan includes.

This is ideal for merchants hosting frequent live sessions or uploading high-quality video content.

• Click on “Customize” button in the theme section you will be redirected to your theme customization area.

• Click on the dropdown in the middle >> select “Pages” >> Default Page.

• Now, on the left-hand side, under template, Click on “Add block” Select “Apps” >> add the “Shoppable & Live Videos” block.

Note :- After adding the above extension, you can add a main menu on your storefront and assign a ‘Shoppable & Live Videos’ page with the same menu.

Your customers will see your real-time shopping information on the same page.
