OpenCart Notify Me When Available
This module adds a “Notify Me” button on the product page when the product becomes out of stock.
The customer just needs to enter their name and email to register for product availability notifications.
Once the product become available the customer will be notified via mail regarding the availability of the product in the store.

Installation of Notify me when available
Installation of the Opencart Notify Me When Available module is very easy. Under the module zip, there are 3 folders admin, catalog, and ocmod.
You just need to upload admin, catalog, and notify_cron.php to the root directory of the website.
Once you have uploaded the file then login to admin and go to Extensions> Extension installer and upload the XML/ZIP file. The XML/ZIP file can be found in the ocmod folder.
After uploading the XML/ZIP file go to the Extensions > Modification and click on the refresh field.
After that in the Admin panel go to System -> Users -> Usergroup and edit “Administrator” and select all for both Access and Modify Permission then save it.
Under Extensions->Modules install the Opencart Notify Me When Available module like this.

Setting Cron Job
After the module installation, the store owner or the admin will set up the Cron Job. Just log in to the c panel Account then click on Cron Job.
To find PHP directory path go the terminal and login with your ssh account using command ‘ ssh user@ip/host‘. After that find the PHP path by running this command ‘whereis php‘.
Now copy the usr/bin/php and write it in the command section followed by the Opencart Notify Me When Available file path like this.
Configuration Of Notify me when available
After installation of the module, the admin can configure this module under Extensions > Modules. Admin clicks on the edit button to configure this module.
General tab configuration :
Status: From here admin can enable or disable the module.
Main Button Text: Admin can enter main button text or default text will appear here.
Submit Button Text: Admin can enter submit button text or default text will appear here.
Success Message: Here admin enters a success message or a default success message will be shown to the customer.
Reattempt Message: Admin enters the reattempt message for when the customer will retry to register for notification from the same mail ID.
Mails Every Cron Run: Admin will set the Cron run for every mail.
Cron Url: Here admin will mention the Crom Url. 
Mail tab configuration :
Customer Registration: Here admin can select a mail template that will use to notify a customer about his registration.
Customer Notify Here admin selects which mail template will use to notify the customer about the availability of a product.
Admin Notify: Here admin selects which mail template will be used to notify admin about customer registration.
Admin management of Notify me when available
The Admin manages this module through the admin panel under “Notify Me”.
Waiting for notification
A list of customers who register themselves for the availability of products will appear here. Admin can use filters for fast search results from the list.
When products become available registered customers will be notified via mail and those customers will be transferred to the “Notified Customers” list.
A list of customers who are notified about the availability of the product will appear here. Admin can use filters for fast search results from the list.
Here admin can configure product availability alerts to mail. This mail will be used to notify customers and admin.
Front End of Notify me when available
After enabling the module, a customer can see the “Notify Me” button on the product page when the product is out of stock.
If the user wants to register themselves for product availability, can register for product availability notification.
Guest users can also register themselves for product availability notifications. Once the product is available in stock then registered customers will auto-notified the availability of a product.
Here a customer just needs to enter his/her name and email for notification and click on the “Submit” button.
A customer can see a success message after a successful registration.
The customer will receive a message when they are retrying to register for notification from the same mail ID.
