The seller and admin can add shipping price for each country from the product edit page. The sellers and admin can also upload the shipping details with the use of a CSV file.
Since it’s an add-on for the Marketplace Module. You need to install Opencart Marketplace before using Marketplace Per Country Per Product Shipping.

2. Opencart Marketplace Per Country Per Product Shipping module supports the Multi-Store feature of default Opencart.

Installation of Opencart Marketplace Per Country Per Product Shipping
Installation of Opencart Marketplace Per Country Per Product Shipping is simple. In the module zip file, you will find 2 folders oc_2.1 and oc_2.2. The oc_2.1 is for Opencart version 2.0.x.x and 2.1.x.x, the oc_2.2 is for Opencart version 2.2.x.x. Admin needs to select the folder according to their Opencart version. Under every version ( oc_2.1 and oc_2.2 ) there are 3 folders. The folder’s name is admin, catalog, and ocmod. You need to upload the admin and catalog folder to the root directory of the website.
Once you have uploaded the file then login to the admin. Now from the menu section go to Extensions> Extension installer and upload the XML file. You can find the XML file in the ocmod folder under the Opencart Marketplace Per Country Per Product Shipping module folder. From here you can upload the mp_pcountry_pproduct.ocmod.xml file.
After uploading the mp_pcountry_pproduct.ocmod.xml file go to the Extensions > Modification and click on refresh field.
Also, After that in Admin panel go to System -> Users -> Usergroup and edit ‘Administrator’. Now select all for both Access and Modify Permission and save it.
Now navigate to Extensions-> Shipping. From here you can install and edit the shipping method.

Configuration of Marketplace Per Country Per Product Shipping
After clicking on the edit button, the admin can enable and configure the shipping method.
Once the module enables, go to Extension>Module> Marketplace and click on edit. After that allow the Per-Country Per-Product Shipping in the account menu. Now the option will be visible on the account page of the seller.
Marketplace Per Country Per Product Shipping For Sellers
After logging in to the account sellers can add Per country shipping from product edit page.
Sellers can upload the shipping price using a CSV file. A seller can see the per-country per-product shipping tab under the account menu like this.
After clicking on the per-country per-product shipping tab the seller will find the option to upload the CSV file.
After uploading CSV files a page will open to select the respective indexes from the CSV file like this.
Save the shipping price by clicking on the save button. Now the seller will receive a success message with the number of updated lines. If uploaded CSV file has some product ID that is not in the seller’s product list then the seller will receive a warning message. The warning message will state the number of lines(product) that are not available.
The seller can see the shipping method on the order page like this.
Admin Management of Marketplace Per Country Per Product Shipping
After configuring the module admin can add shipping charges to products. Admin can add shipping charges from the product edit page.
Also, Admin can go to Marketplace->Per-product shipping and upload the list of shipping prices using CSV file.
After clicking on add shipping button admin will find the option to upload the CSV file.
In the CSV file admin only need to mention product ID, country code, and shipping price.
After uploading CSV files a page will open to select the respective indexes from the CSV file like this.
Save the shipping price by clicking on the save button. Now admin will receive a success message with the number of updated lines.
Marketplace Per Country Per Product Shipping For Buyers
A buyer can select the Per Country Per Product Shipping at the checkout page. If there are more than one product then the buyer can see the total amount.
After making payment the buyer can see the shipping method on the order.
