Odoo Website PhonePe Payment Acquirer enables businesses to accept secure PhonePe payments directly on the website checkout. As a result, customers can pay using UPI, Debit Cards, Credit Cards, or Net Banking without leaving the checkout flow.
Moreover, store owners can offer a trusted payment method that is widely used in India. Therefore, this helps improve checkout success rates and reduce payment failures.
Finally, after each successful payment, the module updates the order status in real time and stores all transaction records in the backend for easy tracking.

Installation
- Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip file.
- Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_payment_phonepe’.
- Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
- Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
- Then, open Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
- In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘wk_payment_phonepe’.
- You will be able to see Odoo Website PhonePe Payment Acquirer in the search results. Click on ‘Activate’ to install it.
Workflow
Configuration of Odoo Website PhonePe Payment Acquirer
1. First, from your Odoo backend, you should then go to Website / Invoicing → Configuration → Payment Providers, find PhonePe, and finally open it to configure or enable the payment provider.
2. Next, after opening PhonePe, you should then move to the Credentials tab and enter your PhonePe Client ID, Client Secret, and Client Version so that Odoo can connect with your PhonePe account.
3. Then, add any product to the cart, go to checkout, and select PhonePe as the payment method.
4. Next, you are then redirected to the PhonePe transaction page, where you can now pay using UPI, Debit Card, Credit Card, or Net Banking.
5. After completing the payment, you are then redirected back to the website, where the order confirmation page is displayed with clear payment success details.
6. After a successful payment, admins can then open the related transaction from the backend to view the payment reference, paid amount in INR, customer details, and the confirmed PhonePe payment status.
