User Guide for Odoo SKN Pay Payment Provider

Odoo SKN Pay Payment Provider integrates the SKN Pay Payment Gateway with your Odoo website, allowing businesses to accept secure online card payments during checkout.

Configure your SKN Pay merchant account and payment settings from the Odoo backend. Once configured, customers can select Card as the payment method and complete their transactions through the secure SKN Pay payment page.

After the payment is processed, customers are automatically redirected to the website order confirmation page, where they can view their payment status and order details.

1. Configure the SKN Pay Payment Provider from the Odoo backend.
2. Accept secure online card payments through SKN Pay.
3. Support Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and other international cards.
4. Accept payments in USD and XCD.
5. Control payment availability by country.
6. Set a maximum payment amount.
7. Manage payment journals from the backend.
8. Redirect customers to the secure SKN Pay payment page.
9. Return customers to the order confirmation page after payment.

1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip file.
2. Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_payment_sknpay’.
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
5. Then, open Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘wk_payment_sknpay’.
7. You will be able to see module in the search results. Click on ‘Activate’ to install it.

Go to Website > Configuration > Payment Providers. Here, you can view all the available payment providers configured in your Odoo instance.

Open the SKN Pay payment provider to configure your merchant account and payment settings.

Open the Credentials tab and enter the required SKN Pay API Key and Webhook Secret. Then, set the payment provider state to Enabled or Test Mode, depending on your requirements.

Once the configuration is complete, click Save to apply the changes.

Open the Configuration tab to manage the payment settings for the SKN Pay Payment Provider.

Here, you can configure the Payment Journal, Maximum Amount, Supported Currencies, and Countries where the payment provider will be available. Once the configuration is complete, click Save.

Add the desired product to the cart and proceed to the Payment page during checkout. Select Card as the payment method and click Pay now.

This redirects the customer to the secure SKN Pay payment page to complete the transaction.

After clicking Pay now, customers are redirected to the secure SKN Pay payment page. Enter the required payment and billing details to continue.

Next, provide the card details and complete the payment using a supported Visa, Mastercard, or Discover card.

After the payment is completed successfully, the customer sees a confirmation message on the SKN Pay payment page.

Next, click Continue to return to the Odoo website. The customer is then redirected to the Order Confirmation page, where the payment status and order details are displayed.

After the payment is processed successfully, the customer is redirected back to the Odoo website. The Order Confirmation page displays the payment status, order details, and billing information.

This confirms that the payment has been completed successfully and the order has been placed.
