User Guide for Odoo QuickBooks Payment Acquirer

1. Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
   
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘wk_payment_quickbooks’
   
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
   
4. Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
   
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
   
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘wk_payment_quickbooks’
   
7. You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.
   

1.  Add a redirect URL in QuickBooks Developer Portal.

2. After installing Odoo QuickBooks Payment Acquirer, Click on configuration > Payment methods to activate QuickBooks Payment Provider.

3. After opening the QuickBook payment method, enable “Active” button.

4. Go to the Brand tab and click on “Add a line” if you want to add a Brand.

5. After clicking on ‘Add a line’ this form opens up where you can create  a brand and configure it .

6. Click on configuration tab and check the supported by and enable “Express Checkout Supported”.

7. Open ‘Invoicing> Configuration> Payment Providers’.

8. Then, open and select ‘QuickBooks’ payment provider on payment providers page and enter QuickBooks Client Id, QuickBooks Client Secret and Authorization code.

9. Move to ‘Configuration’ tab and select ‘Payment Journal.’ Also, you can choose the supported payment icons, countries, and maximum amount.

10. Navigate to ‘Messages’ tab and enter messages for listed scenarios.

11. Now, visit Odoo website, open the ‘Shop’ page, select and open a product, and click ‘Add to Cart’ button.
    

12. You can view ‘Quickbook’ payment option on checkout page and after entering card details, click ‘Pay Now’ button to pay.
    

13. After that, it will verify payment, mark it successful or failed based on transaction status, and show the message accordingly.

14. Move to the backend, and open ‘Configuration> Payment Transaction’ section.

15. And here you can view all transactions with their status.

16. Transaction details page shows ‘Provider and Provider References’ with other payment details in Odoo QuickBooks Payment Acquirer.
