User Guide for Odoo POS Survey Feedback

Odoo POS Survey Feedback adds a survey-sharing flow to your POS so that guests can rate their visit right at checkout.

Most POS setups end the moment a receipt prints. This module closes that gap with a QR code or email survey.

You can pair it with Odoo POS Scan & Go for a full contactless loop, or Odoo POS Direct Print for faster QR-ready receipts.

This guide walks you through installation, setup, and daily use of this handy module, step by step.

• Share survey links through a scan-ready receipt QR code.
• Send survey links by email from the receipt screen or POS order form.
• Auto-send survey emails once a POS order is validated.
• Send reminder emails for surveys that left unanswered.
• Set a custom delay before each reminder email goes out.
• Track survey sharing status on every single POS order.
• Track send count and response state for each survey.
• Link every survey response back to its POS order.

1.   Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive a link to download the module’s zip file.

From here, also enable the auto-email and send email reminders functionality of Odoo POS survey Feedback.

3. After completing the module setup, you can now share survey feedback with your customer directly from your POS order form accordingly. Below is the view of the receipt with the survey QR code.
