User Guide for Odoo POS Revolut Terminal Integration
Introduction
Odoo POS Revolut Terminal Integration connects Revolut payment terminals with Odoo POS for smooth checkout payments. It allows businesses to configure terminals, manage payment locations, and process Revolut payments from the POS.
Odoo POS Revolut Terminal Integration also lets businesses configure the Revolut connection from the Odoo backend, select payment locations and terminals, and link them with the POS payment method. The POS can then send payment requests directly to the selected terminal.

Installation
- Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive a link to download module’s zip file.
- Extract the file on your system after download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘pos_revolut_terminal_integration’.
- Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
- Now, open Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate Developer Mode.
- Then, open Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
- In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘pos_revolut_terminal_integration’.
- You will be able to see module in the search results. Click on ‘Activate’ to install it.
Workflow
1. Configure Revolut Terminal
Go to the Revolut Terminal Configuration from the Odoo backend. Enter the API Key, select the API Environment, and assign the required POS Configs.
The configuration screen also provides separate sections for Revolut locations and terminals, allowing you to manage the setup from one place.
2. Create Revolut Location
Click Create Locations from the Revolut Terminal Configuration. Enter the required address details to create a payment location for the Revolut setup.
Click Compute Coordinates to get the location coordinates. Review the details and click Create Location to save the location in Odoo.
3. Fetch Revolut Terminals
Click Fetch Terminals from the Revolut Terminal Configuration to retrieve the available Revolut terminals connected to the configuration.
The terminal list displays details such as the Terminal ID, Serial Number, Online status, and Active status for easy review.
4. Configure Revolut Payment Method
Open the Revolut payment method and select Terminal as the integration type. Choose the Revolut Terminal Configuration, Location, and Terminal.
Assign the required POS configurations to the payment method and save the setup. The selected Revolut terminal is then ready for POS payments.
5. Select Revolut at POS Checkout
Open the Odoo POS and add the required products to the order. Select Revolut from the available payment methods to start the terminal payment process.
The payment screen displays the order amount and provides the Revolut option for sending the payment request to the configured terminal.
6. Send Payment Request to the Terminal
After selecting Revolut, the POS sends the payment request to the configured terminal. The payment screen displays the payable amount and selected terminal.
A timer shows the payment request progress while the customer completes the payment on the Revolut terminal.
7. Confirm Successful Payment
Once the customer completes the payment, the POS displays a payment confirmation screen with the amount paid, transaction ID, payment method, and status.
Review the payment details and click Okay to close the confirmation screen and continue with the POS workflow.
8. View Revolut Transaction Details
Open the related Revolut transaction from the Odoo backend to review the payment information stored for the completed POS transaction.
The transaction record displays the Order Reference, Order Amount, Revolut Transaction Reference, Revolut Order ID, Terminal ID, and transaction status.
