INSTALLATION

Once you purchase the App from the Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. As a result, you will be able to see a folder named- ‘dhl_parcel_de_delivery_carrier.
Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘dhl_parcel_de_delivery_carrier’
You will be able to see the module in the search results. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

Install the module

Navigate the website >> shipping methods and create a shipping method choosing “DHL Parcel DE” as a provider

Add credentials under the DHL Parcel DE credentials tab and configure the module as per your requirement.

Add price rules within the shipping method, whenever the shipping method is selected within the sale order, the shipping rate will be calculated based on the price rules mentioned here.

Similarly, you can add the return shipment method for DHL Parcel DE.

Get the shipment rate within the sale order from the backend. Users can get a rate while adding the shipping method to the order line.

Customers can add shipments from the website and automatically the shipment rate will be added on the checkout page.

Once the delivery is validated, the shipment information will be automatically fetched under the additional information tab.

The label for the DHL parcel DE shipping will be created and downloaded as shown in the screenshot

Click on the return button to return the consignment from the Odoo backend.

Choose the return shipping method in “Carrier” as shown on the screenshot and click on the validate button. The return information will be fetched automatically.
