INSTALLATION

1. Once you purchase the App from Webkul store, you will receive the link to download the zip file of the module.
2. Extract the file on your system after the download finishes. You will be able to see a folder named- ‘print_receipt_without_download.’
3. Copy and paste this folder inside your Odoo Add-Ons path.
4. Now, open the Odoo App and click on the Settings menu. Here, click on Activate the Developer Mode.
5. Then, open the Apps menu and click on ‘Update Modules List.’
6. In the search bar, remove all the filters and search ‘print_receipt_without_download.’
7. You will be able to see the module in the search result. Click on ‘Install’ to install it.

WORKFLOW

Let’s move on to Odoo Print Invoice or Report Without Download configuration.

CONFIGURATION

PRINTING PURCHASE ORDER AND RFQ

1. Firstly, log in to the Odoo backend, go to ‘Purchase> Orders> Purchase Orders’ and click open any purchase order.

2. On the purchase order page, click ‘Print Purchase Order.’ 

2.1. After that, you can see the ‘Purchase order’ print pop-up on your screen.

2.2. You can view the ‘RFQ or Request for Quotation’ pop-up on the screen.

PRINTING SALES ORDERS AND QUOTATIONS

3. Next, go to ‘Sales> Orders> Quotations/ Orders.’

4. After that, click the ‘Print Quotations/Order’ button present on the top menu.

4.1. The ‘Sales Order’ print window/ pop-up is shown below.

4.2. The ‘Quotation’ print pop-up is shown below. 

PRINTING INVOICES AND DRAFT TAX INVOICES

5. Now, move to Invoicing, and go to ‘Invoicing> Customers> Invoices.’ 

6. After that, click ‘Print Invoice Without Payment’ on the invoice details page.

6.1. The print ‘Invoice’ pop-up is shown below.

6.2. Moreover, the ‘Draft Tax Invoices’ pop-up is shown below.
