- We set up real-time sync between WooCommerce and Salesforce for customers, price, and orders using bi-directional sync, so data updates instantly on both sides.
- But for products, the client only needed a one-way sync, from Salesforce to WooCommerce, to make sure product details like name, price, and stock are always updated in WooCommerce based on what’s in Salesforce. This setup keeps everything accurate without any extra manual work.
- Bi-directional sync with custom field mapping, based on a client-provided data sheet, ensuring tailored data handling.
- A revamped user flow for account and contact creation, customized to align with the client’s internal structure.
- Pre-existing data synchronization ensured the preservation of historical records without data loss.
- PriceBook syncs with dynamic pricing rules to maintain accurate and real-time product pricing across both platforms.

The eShopSync Solution
