Every support request is assigned a unique ticket number which you can use to track the progress and responses online. For your reference we provide complete archives and history of all your support requests. A valid email address is required to submit a ticket.

Please provide the following details in the ticket for fast support .

1 - Purchase order ID of the product . e.g (4759) .

2 - Link of the page where you are getting the problem .

3 - FTP details of the site (Please verify at your end first either it is functioning properly or not .)

4 - Admin login details for Magento or Joomla Or OpenCart or Prestashop etc (also if you have changed the admin url please mention that url too in the ticket .)

5 - Also we are human so sometimes some tickets takes a while so be patience we care about you a lot and will solve every issues you are getting with our product.

6 - Please add a single ticket for your issue , many tickets for the same issues will cause delay in response.
