Multivendor Marketplace for Shopify: Global Product (New Theme)
Introducing the global product feature in the Multivendor Marketplace app for Shopify which enables admin to create Global Products that can be sold by various sellers. Admin can enable this feature with an additional charge of USD 15 per month & this charge will be over and above the monthly subscription charges of the Multivendor app for the plan selected by you.
Admin End
From the feature app section, the admin has to enable the feature of Global product by clicking on the enable button.

Enabling this, USD 15 per month will get added up in the monthly charges of the app and you will have to approve it. Once the charges are approved by you, then you can view the section of Global product in the main menu of the app and a similar menu will be appearing in the seller panel as well.
Click on Add Global Product to add a global product as admin. And from the list of Global Products, you can enable disable delete and view all the vendors selling that product.
Seller end
The global product section of the seller panel will show the list of products added by admin. Seller will have to click on sell this product button and can become the seller for the product and set its price and quantity.
Clicking on ‘sell this product’, the vendor will be popped up to enter his prices on which he wants to sell that product and details then click on sale.
Front End
To display various sellers selling one product on the front end, you are required to paste the below-given code in the product.liquid file of your store’s theme.
- Click on Online Store.
- Go To Themes.
- Click on Customize Theme button on the top right.
- Select the Edit HTML/CSS button from the Theme Option on Top Left.
Then paste the below-given codes in the files as stated below.
Paste the below-given code in the product.liquid file

and Click on Save.
