How to Upgrade Webkul’s Magento Multi-Vendor Marketplace?

If you have already installed some marketplace design files in your custom theme folder
(design file path –app/ design/ frontend/ custom theme/ default/ template/ marketplace), then you need to remove all the marketplace design files from your custom theme before the upgrade of the marketplace module and then, follow the installation steps as provided with the upgrade.

You just need to upload marketplace folder file (app, media, skin) to your Magento root directory.

For Custom Theme (Like Ultimo Theme)– As we have already provided the Ultimo theme patch for the marketplace, so you just need to move this patch folder’s file into your Magento root directory.
After moving both the folder flush the cache from the Magento admin module.
Under System > Cache management.

NOTE-

• If you had any customization before the upgrade to the marketplace module, then all the customization will be lost.
• If you are using Magento Marketplace version 1.0.1 and upgrading it for latest version of Marketplace then in this case, Admin will not be able to manage the seller’s previous order details from the
  ‘Manage Seller’s Order Grid’, and all the orders placed after the upgrade will be displayed only. Also sellers will not be able to manage their previous placed orders.
